When we raised concerns we were told to "trust the process." After their negligence resulted in rain leaking into our existing home not once but twice! we gave them 2 weeks to fix the myriad of issues that had arisen by that point. 2 weeks later we terminated our contract, with most of the issues still unresolved. We're currently pursuing filing a complaint with the construction contrac"
