American Services did an exceptional job building us a covered deck. The owner, Uzi Shmueli, provided a estimate within a day of reaching out when other companies did not return calls or were not available for weeks. Uzi also provided us with references and after looking at one of his projects we knew we had to proceed. Communication was great! Uzi kept in touch with us daily and always provided updates and expectations regarding the project when weather and the holidays were upon us. We definitely recommend American Services!

Our experience in working with Uzi and his team was GREAT! Just moving to the area, and typically doing reno work ourselves we were nervous hiring a contractor. Uzi was attentive and his team was dedicated to completing amazing work! We are so excited and enjoy our new screened porch daily. They started it and got our money and did not come back and every time I make them come back and finished it, they kept on saying they would come back but not. So, I had to hire other company to fixed it, it just cause me a lot of money, he just left with our money, he was just doing other works but not ours. We've been trying to make him do it right for almost 2 years now. It was the worst thing I ever experienced in my life.

This work was done several months ago but I wanted to live with it a bit before reviewing. While I was a little disappointed in the final followup, I have to say that the rooms that were remodeled are looking great and so much more functional than they were before. The kitchen is solid and the bathroom is beyond expectations. We lived in the house during construction and made changes along the way, but Uzi made it all work quickly and efficiently, and communicated changes as they happened for no surprises. I would hire him again.

Great! Work started quickly and was done quickly. Everyone was professional and made sure we got exactly what we wanted.

Uzi worked with me on a plan. Once the plan was determined his crew showed up every day promptly and cleaned the work area at the end of each day. The project was completed on time and at the price quoted. I did make a few upgrades along the way which he gladly accepted the change of plans. We have a beautiful living area now that allows us to relax and enjoy nature without the insects! The accent brick wall is beautiful - friends and family love our new space. In addition, we have an outdoor area made of composite decking.

We wanted a screened deck, maybe just something simple. Uzi was recommended by a neighbor. He came and told us we could have skylights, a ceiling fan, electrical outlets and more. It all sounded too good to be true, but it wasn't! Our new deck looks amazing. His crew came in and built our new deck in about 3 weeks, and it is beautiful! They worked so fast, cleaned up everyday. The craftmanship is beautiful. We love our new deck. I can't say enough about how wonderful the company was and how beautiful our deck is!

We are very pleased with all the work performed. The crew was quiet, reliable and efficient. The work was actually underway a week earlier than expected. Uzi is responsive and easy to contact at any time. The cost was competitive and any requested modifications were reasonable. Our only delay involved the project plans for the building permit submittal. Be advised that a project of this scope involves detailed professionally produced plans being drawn up. This is not a DIY option. Plan for this cost and permitting fees in your budget separately from the construction quote. We would highly recommend American Services. It was a pleasure working with Uzi and his crew.

The owner Uzi Shmueli was terrific to work with. His attention to detail, and suggestions for different finishes was outstanding, and we couldn't be happier with our finished project. He specializes in outdoor living areas, and really knows what he's doing. He even found ways to save us money with some different ideas. He's very busy (another sign of how in demand he is), but if you can get him for your project, you'll be very pleased with the end result. We look forward to years of enjoyment in our beautiful porch and open deck!

I am very well pleased with Uzi and how easy he was to work with. I especially appreciated the level of communication with them. He was very responsive to some small modifications we suggested and took care of them with no hassle. I also like that he employs his own workers and doesn't subcontract out the work to other companies. We had the same men and women working as the job was completed. We have had several great comments on the quality of their work. I highly recommend them.

We really enjoyed working with Uzi and his team. The new porch was actually done a few days ahead of schedule and we’re very happy with the final product. Before we committed, he brought us to a few other local houses where he’s done similar projects so we could see it in person first. He was great at communicating with us and even when we did have a small issue (some leaking from the roof after a hard rain storm), Uzi came right over to look at it and make a plan to get it fixed. We did have to remind his crew a couple times about minor things (not to totally block our driveway, where to put the dumpster, etc), but overall we were very happy with this company and our porch looks amazing. I can't say enough positive things about Uzi and his team. Uzi was very helpful in bringing my vision to life and making suggestions based on his experience. He had many pictures to show me of past jobs and even allowed us to come look at a porch that was currently under construction (with permission from the homeowner, of course). His team was always prompt, provided quality work, and cleaned up after themselves each day. The project was completed ahead of schedule and it is beautiful! It is our new favorite place! We already have friends and family that want have American Services of TN complete their home projects as well. We will definitely be using Uzi and his services again!

The project ran very smoothly. The guys were very nice and professional and worked very hard building us a beautiful porch. The owner was very nice to work with, but does have a style that he prefers and will push what he likes. There were a few minor issue, as you would expect with any project, but we worked through them and love the final product. I would absolutely recommend American Home Service of TN to my friends and family.

When we purchased the house the bathroom was not only ugly, but had some severe mold smells. Me and my husband discussed calling several services. We found American Services of TN which was local and had fair pricing and we liked how the pictures look. They extended the bathroom and renovated it. I was shocked at how much better it looked and definitely smelled. When my parents came over they absolutely loved all the details in the tile work and the new stone tile shower and bathtub. Very, very happy and I will definitely use them again for any other jobs I need!

We had an old(20+ year old) deck at our home and we hired Uzi to rebuild us a new one. The DAY after we signed the contract his team was here and came 6 days a week PROMPTLY until the work was done. The deck was some twenty feet in the air and it rained a lot that month but Uzi's gang got it done in less than 8 weeks. The deck is beautiful and we can't wait for it to get warm. Team works well and fast. Workmanship is great and the deck is as solid as the floors in our home. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting to do a deck

We needed to turn an upstairs living room into a bedroom and turn an adjacent bedroom into a full bath and walk in closet. We also wanted to take a half wall by the stairs and completely remove it and replace it with a banister and spindles. Uzi and his crew did such a great job we kept adding new jobs to the project around the house such as installing new hardwood floors in the bedroom, hall, and a downstairs master. I could not be more happy with his work and my wife is extremely thrilled. His crew was always prompt and all were very hard workers. Will probably have him back in the fall for to put in a retaining wall and screened in porch. Thanks for the great job! Our house is amazing now!

Uzi and the team at American Services of TN are just incredible. I had a variety of concepts and ideas for my new home, including converting a spare room into a master bathroom and reworking some dead space in the kitchen. I reached out and they responded immediately, came out to my house as soon as I could meet them there, and did a very thorough walk-through, supplying new ideas when I wanted them but being budget conscious the entire time. Communication has been strong, and we have been in touch constantly throughout the project, including through receiving frequent pictures of the progress and having an open door for questions. They were willing to work on my schedule -- meeting me after hours and on weekends. They have also done everything on my wish list -- from building a new bathroom from scratch, building shelves and counters in the kitchen, fixing the kitchen ceiling, drywalling and resealing a wall to remove a random door, installing a garbage disposal, and repainting several rooms -- all in two and a half weeks. That was ahead of schedule. They have also been courteous in the house the full time, cleaning up as they go. This has far exceeded my expectations, and I could not be happier with the work they have done and the dedication they have shown to quality.

Exceeded my expectations! The room addition was very well built and looks amazing. I have gotten many compliments on both the bathroom and new room addition. The work was very professional. I highly recommend and would use again if I have any more projects in the future.

Before we hired them, they insisted that we look at some of their current projects. They looked great! When we hired them, (October 2017) they came on time and finished on budget. Later, they attended to some minor issues, but not as promptly as I would have liked. Still, the work was good. Last week, I called them for another repair matter. Uzi came yesterday and showed me exactly how to do it myself and save money. He is not just in it for a fast buck, but to be of service. I would recommend that you give them a chance.
