We Do Wow

Keith Martin was very professional and did an excellent job with all the renovation and repairs. The kitchen was a custom kitchen and Keith was excellent in helping with the design and layout of the kitchen.

Overall great experience.

When I hired him, he showed up with 4 gentleman and he said they were his employees. When I was talking with the 'employees' I found out that only 1 was an actual employee and the others were just rounded up to help. They said they would do the work in 2 days. The first day they only worked from 11-3 and charged me for 8 hours. They ended up taking around 88 hours. The work is not complete. The doors are not centered or straight. The walls ripple, they are not straight where he sealed off the doors. The flooring board he installed is splintering. The doors he actually replaced, they are both cockeyed. The electrical work that he did, was not actually screwed up to the bracket. The fan was literally hanging by the wires. I bought a medallion and he hung it using black drywall screws and carpenters caulk. I had provided him with 8 safety plugs that I was wanting him to use, and he just used some other ones that I had in the garage and took the safety plugs I actually gave him. The work was not completed that he was supposed to do in the first place, and the work that he did complete is not to my satisfaction. The only thing that is completed to my satisfaction is the crown molding. He did not respond kindly to come back and fix the work. He actually wanted me to pay for him to fix the work. He told me that he is bonded but it is actually only good in Davidson County, it is not valid ANYWHERE ELSE. He says he has been in business since 1982 but it was his father's business and he didn't even take over the business until approximately 2005. I did receive a judgement against him in small claims court on 10/09 and to date you have not been paid for heard from him.

The project went not only very well, but well beyond our expectations.
