American Services of TN, LLC.We really enjoyed working with Uzi and his team. The new porch was actually done a few days ahead of schedule and we’re very happy with the final product. Before we committed, he brought us to a few other local houses where he’s done similar projects so we could see it in person first. He was great at communicating with us and even when we did have a small issue (some leaking from the roof after a hard rain storm), Uzi came right over to look at it and make a plan to get it fixed. We did have to remind his crew a couple times about minor things (not to totally block our driveway, where to put the dumpster, etc), but overall we were very happy with this company and our porch looks amazing. American Services of TN, LLC.We had an old(20+ year old) deck at our home and we hired Uzi to rebuild us a new one. The DAY after we signed the contract his team was here and came 6 days a week PROMPTLY until the work was done. The deck was some twenty feet in the air and it rained a lot that month but Uzi's gang got it done in less than 8 weeks. The deck is beautiful and we can't wait for it to get warm. Team works well and fast. Workmanship is great and the deck is as solid as the floors in our home. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting to do a deck- Tom C.

Gables Pressure Cleaning & PaintingI can recommend Eli's services with 100% confidence. He is committed to customer satisfaction. I got four bids for the job and he was the most affordable. He was punctual, thorough, meticulous and performed tasks far beyond anything we had agreed to. He works with one assistant who is also excellent in all aspects of his work. I will mention a few examples of his extra efforts. When painting our shutters, he removed all hinges and hardware and painted them without prior discussion. The same for all gate hardware on fences as well as exterior lighting on porches. He painted the blades of ceiling fans to match the trim. In pressure cleaning porch ceilings, which were not to be painted, the finish was damaged. With no additional charge, he stripped them and re-varnished them. When we were not thrilled with the re-stain, he stripped again and painted sky blue which we are thrilled with. He sealed a bare concrete rear porch and was not satisfied with the result. Once again, he stripped it and resealed and stained it to our satisfaction. He told us up front that he would work slowly but steadily and do a good job. He went far beyond our expectations and spent nearly a month at our home to ensure that everything was perfect. I can honestly say I have never encountered this level of service at a very affordable price in my entire life. When the job was completed, I chose to pay him 20% more than his bid and feel that I received incredible value considering the effort and the spectacular final results.- Michael C.
