They told me it would be $75 to come out and diagnose the problems with my hot water tank (leaking) And air conditioner which wasn't cooling. He spent about an hour trying to find the leak in the AC but had trouble with his detector. He finally said he got it working when I wasn't there watching and said we had a leak on the outside unit but then he couldn't reproduce the findings. Then rhey charged me an extra $150 without asking me. When I called to ask why he said "I was out there a long time and now I have to make sure that you won't go to somebody else to have it fixed so I added $150". I believe that's illegal. They are the worst. Stay away.

Installation was fine. The mother board failed within the first hear. We were without heat in our home in January. Helton's refused to expedite delivery of the replacement part and told us it would be repaired in one week. After begging, they relented and repaired the next day. Should not have to beg them to honor their warranty. In May 2012 we were told by two reputable air conditioning companies that we had a freon leak. Called Helton's to repair since the product is still under warranty. They visited and said there was no leak. Again, they refused to honor their warranty. Would never recommend this company.

Our contractor is the one that did the air-conditioning and duct work so we didn’t have the Helton’s brand for the first one but within five years of living here we put on new a unit and we had never had any trouble with it. They service it regularly. Their price is cheaper when compared to other companies.

We have used this Nolensville Helton's for many years for our own personal house and the rental we own. We have always been highly satisfied with their service, timeliness, responsiveness, punctuality and kindness. If there is an emergency, they will have someone out immediately. My mother (age 87) lived in our rental for a while and the air conditioner went out during an extremely hot summer. The owner came out and was able to rig the a/c to work until he got the part in. He told my mother that if it went back out, even during the night, to call him and he would personally come out right then and get it working again. That is caring, personal service. Can't say enough good about this company.

The owner is outstanding and they are true to their word when it comes to the work. They seem to above and beyond the call of duty and we are always happy with the results when the work is done. We will continue to use this company in the future.

They are very friendly and can schedule to come out quickly. I have used them in the past for tune-ups and repairs. Unexpectedly needed a new unit. Only complaint was that I would've liked to have been educated about various units before choosing one since it's such a large purchase. But the technician basically told me his recommendation and we just went with it. In retrospect, I would've asked more questions about energy efficiency, etc. But the unit is fine and we're pleased overall.

They are the only company that I would hire. They are local and they come right over when I call them. The price is always what they quote it. They are very clean and nice people.
