All priming and painting of ceilings walls, and installed new baseboard and quarter round in all rooms. Installed new six panel doors in place of the old doors throughout the house, new metal front door and new metal back door installed. Also installed all new light fixtures in kitchen bathrooms and bedrooms. "This contractor did an excellent job replacing a rotted wood beam on my screened porch. After removing the rotted post additional rotting was discovered in the support joists. He and his team made several suggestions as to how to repair. He provided cost estimates for the different options. Once an option was chosen the team went straight to work completing the repairs. The team was very courteous and explained how the repairs were progressing during the different stages."
