It was easy. They worked with me from start to finish. The salesman Eric Widner was so patient and helpful as I had to select color, style etc. The installation crew leader Terry was very thorough. The project manager Dusty Mullins went above and beyond normal to make sure everything was the best it could be.

We have just completed a total exterior renovation of our home with Chattanooga Exteriors. This included replacing all the siding, all new windows, exterior doors, adding a porch and two small brows. We have done several remodels in the past so we have some experience with the process and in choosing contractors to work on our home. We chose Chattanooga Exteriors for the knowledge, experience, quality and customer service that they provide. Zach Wilmore, Jamie Breneman and Jonathan Bailey are some of the most knowledgeable and experienced people I've ever met in the industry. They are all truly gifted not only on the construction side, but also on the design side. Make no mistake, they will do things however you want (as long as it is safe and proper), but they will also give you great suggestions to make things even more beautiful, low maintenance, more energy efficient and more durable. They were able to guide us to make the most out of the vision that we already had. Honestly our house turned out better than we had hoped thanks in large part to their suggestions. I call Zach, Jamie and Jonathan "home construction savants" because no matter what situation or question I threw at them, they always had several great suggestions for a solution. They never told us that we couldn't do something unless it wasn't safe or going to cause problems. In our experience, we've usually found a) contractors that would do exactly what they were told--which sounds good until you realize that things could have been done much better since I/you don't have the knowledge and experience to know what will work well and what won't or b) contractors that only want to do what they want to do because it's easier, cheaper, or the only thing they know how to do. Chattanooga Exteriors is the perfect blend of knowledge and guidance to take your vision and execute it to the fullest. Obviously the quality of the materials and the construction are equally important as the design. This again is where Chattanooga Exteriors shines. They have chosen only quality products to work with and they have a thorough knowledge of the products, their installation and how to use them best in each application. We replaced old brittle vinyl siding with Hardie panel and old drafty wooden double hung windows with beautiful Renewal by Andersen casement windows. Our house should be virtually maintenance free for our lifetime. Our home is special to us and we want the people working on it to take pride in their work. I can honestly say that throughout this whole experience, I always felt that Chattanooga Exteriors treated my house as they would their own. I have no concerns that anything was not done to the highest standard. I work from home so I was here every day with every crew and watched the work being completed. When we ran into issues as every house has (in our case a lot of rot around windows and doors), Chattanooga Exteriors was great about stopping the work, showing me what needed to be done to install my windows and doors correctly to avoid future problems, and getting that work done before proceeding. They will not cover up problems or potential problems and that gives me so much confidence in both their work and my home. Our rot repair delayed/slowed Chattanooga Exteriors schedule significantly, but they never tried to rush our project because of that. And if you've ever done a remodel (or well, anything in life), you know that mistakes will be made. When that happened, I rarely had time to point anything out because Zach Wilmore had already noticed it and scheduled for it to be remedied. Not too many contractors schedule an 'almost final' walkthrough to pick apart their work, schedule all the necessary remedies and then schedule another final walkthrough to make sure it's perfect. We are so pleased with how our home turned out. It's beautiful, energy efficient, low maintenance and better than ever before! Incredible! I wish I had found this group 3 years ago when I started working on my home. Roof work - wonderful. More to be done and will use them again. Window replacement - amazing. More to be done and will use them again.

Everything went well. The quality and attention to detail on our porch more than met our expectations. It was exactly what we talked about when going over the design. They did a great job and even added a few extra details in that were a nice surprise to me once the project was finished. The project manager was Zac and he was easy to deal with and talked to me almost on a daily basis to make sure they got everything done right. I would highly recommend Chattanooga Exteriors, Jamie and Zac for any renovation or home project! No doubt, I will use them again in the future if I need anything.

Everything went well.  We had them coming during the winter, so the weather was uncooperative, but they worked in frigid conditions.  They were prompt, respectful, and hard-working every day.

Took a while to get it scheduled. We signed the contract in early April. They started in May due to work demand and our schedule availability.  Installation took a few days, and the weather did not cooperate. They had to come back and re-do several areas, and we found they had ordered the wrong color. It looked "OK" on the house, but we were willing to live with it after negotiating a lower price.  Took another month to get everything buttoned up to a satisfactory state. We worked around their schedule, and they worked around ours. Ultimately it all was done and looks good, and that is all I really wanted.

The employees of this company are very professional and the staff are knowledgeable. They showed up when they said they would, kept us informed about the next steps in the process, responded to calls promptly, kept the lawn as neat as possible during the process, helped with selection of a door that needed replacement, worked late in the day when needed, and they even rented a port-a-toilet for their workers' use. They used their own tools, treated my husband and me very respectfully, and completed the work swiftly. Most of the work was done within 1 week. Unfortunately, the siding installation subcontractor neglected to install flashing behind any of the butt joints. When I informed the contracting project manager though, he resolved the problem promptly. While I am disappointed in the subcontractor's performance, I am confident that the project manager is genuinely concerned about the quality of the company's work, and I would use them again.

They started out really well but as things went on, it was not a good experience towards the end. A lot of that had to do with who was over seeing the work, the initial seer left and another one came and thats where the problem started including with the sub contractors. They were saying the work was finished and the work wasn't finished. Thank God i hadn't finished paying them. They did everything well, gutters had to be done three times, the finished job was a good one. I think if this one fellow who started at the beginning could have finished it could have been a good finish. The price was about average.
