It was the summer we had a severe heat wave and drought during July. 2012 I think. He told me what to do to determine if it was a leak or sun/heat caused loss. He fixed the pool for the remained of the season. The following year I had him change the sand in the filter and fix a major leak problem. From them on he did/does all my maintenance.
