The crew removed the old system and installed the new system in an area far from our screened in porch. The installation was done in an expert manner, the crew were respectful of our property, quiet, clean, wore masks and cleaned up after themselves so you would never know they'd been there, all in less than a day. "Overall, we were very satisfied with the knowledge and quality of work that Covenant LLC provided. We had Covenant LLC install a radon mitigation system for our basement. Initially my husband and I met with David for the estimate and consultation. David spent the time to explain how radon can get into the basement, what the system would look like, and how he was going to make sure it was working. After meeting with David at Covenant, we met with a competitor who were definitely not as knowledgeable, were not going to seal any of the cracks or holes in the foundation or even follow industry standard by venting through the roof of the house. The day of install the crew was personable and professional and if they had any questions, they asked. The 3" pipe that Covenant had to install to run through a closet and into the attic. In order to do this, they had to drill through the porcelain title floors and run through 3 shelves. They spent extra time to jig-saw cut the shelves around the pipes and they took special care not to crack any of the porcelain tiles and when finished it looked like it was built with the house. After completion, Covenant came back and tested the radon levels which were reduced to below their guarantee, which itself is orders of magnitude below the EPA limit. We were probably not the easiest clients to work with as we had Covenant move the roof penetration several times until the noise was completely unnoticeable. David was always polite and professional and he wouldn't be satisfied with the job until we were satisfied. We highly recommend Covenant Air to anyone who is considering these services."

"It went very well. Although the situation itself is quite distressing the team helped us by answering questions, working quickly, carefully, and by removing the debris daily. The post mold air sample test showed they had done the job of removing mold successfully. They worked very hard every day until the job was done and treated our personal belongings with care as they cleaned, moved or removed them. We had at least six estimates for waterproofing our basement and although not nearly the cheapest, we were impressed by the presentation and the personnel and low key sales approach. So, we hired them! The work was done last week and again we were impressed with the crew doing the work, the care given to hold down the dust created, the quality of the materials used, and the willingness of the crew to keep us apprised of the job as it progressed. The was great care given to cleanup of what is a very messy job. We waited until the repair had been “battle tested”, (and this inclement weather has certainly accomplished that) before writing a recommendation. We could not be more pleased at this point.
