"Minor Repairs to 3 Toilets: The plumbing staff are polite and professional. That is where the good stops with Keefe Plumbing. My bill was $356.80. I had cash, but the plumbers did not have change. I offered them $300 cash and for them to bill me for $56.80. They would not bill me. She said I could pay by credit card, but the plumbing staff was able to to that either. I ended up having to drive 30 miles one way to take them my $356.80 payment. While I can attest to the complete professionalism of the 2 plumbers that completed my repairs, I will absolutely never hire Keefe Plumbing again because of the poor customer service of the office staff."

"I rarely leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to share how impressed I was. From the first call to the final fix, the experience was smooth and stress-free. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. I appreciated their honesty and work ethic. They treated my home with respect, cleaned up after the job, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s hard to find people who care and take pride in their work, and this plumber definitely did. Going forward they are my go to company. Thank you for helping our family!"
