Professionally and timely. Everyone who came to our home wore masks and were very respectful of the need to practice safe distancing due to COVID.

John the salesman was very informative, completed a number of test showing status of existing well water condition. The installer, Brandon worked very hard installing the complete new system, including a UV light, water softener and reverse osmosis system. When completed there were no leaks and very satisfied.

We love this company. All employees are very professional and knowledgeable. Before getting these filters, our water was terrible. We could not keep baths, toilets, or sinks clean. With the home and sink filters, we are able to keep everything clean, and we have perfect drinking water. We will continue to use this service. We are BIG FANS!

Our installation went great. The installers were knowledgeable and friendly. Our all house ecosystem is a wonderful addition to our home. We would highly recommend Advanced Water Systems.

First a friendly man came out to test the water and talk to us about it. Then they sent out a service crew to install the systems. They flushed the old nasty water out of the lines and tested the water once the new system was in place to make sure everything was working. They showed my husband how everything worked. They were really efficient and friendly and called afterward to make sure we were happy. We are!!! It's so nice to be able to wash a white shirt and have it come out white!!!

Our well water, at a home that we moved into in July 2003, contained iron and sulfur. An existing system in the house had been and ldquo;cobbledand rdquo; together by the previous owners and it required the use of caustic chlorine bleach. We desired to not put chlorine in our septic tank and field lines. We shopped around for a and ldquo;water companyand rdquo; but, unfortunately, there were not many choices in August 2003. We made an appointment with Advanced Water Systems to have our water tested and signed a contract with them to install a water system that we were told would give us good water. Advanced Water Systems technicians arrived August 13,2003, and per the receipt "installed iron filter and Stenner Chem-Feed hydrogen peroxide system, rebed softner, did disinfect - replace membrane" and plumbed-in the system. This cost us: $3900+$361 tax or $4261. After installation, our water quality alternated between good and bad in unpredictable cycles! Their current (2014) president repeatedly blamed this on our and ldquo;bad waterand rdquo;. He even used the excuse that and ldquo;our (well) water had changedand rdquo;. But we had invested so much money initially that we continued our relationship and assumed that eventually Advanced Water Systems would work out the/their and ldquo;problemsand rdquo;. In August 2005 Advanced Water Systems replaced an existing softener system with their "EcoWater Digital Demand 3000ECR R-30and rdquo; softener system at more cost to us. I'm guessing and gt;$800, probably $1000, but unsure. The hydrogen peroxide and salt softener systems required regularly going under the house to add 5 gallon jugs of hydrogen peroxide and 40 pound bags of salt. The replaceable filter in the filter housing often clogged resulting in no water pressure and a trip under the house to change the $4 filter. Eventually this became more than once a week! We endured extremely hard water and hydrogen sulfide (rotten egg odor) in our washing machine, dishwasher, showers, sinks and toilets! Additionally, all were discolored from the malfunctioning iron filter system which regularly had a and ldquo;stuck floatand rdquo;. We continued buying a lot of filters and hydrogen peroxide from Advanced Water Systems until at least until 9/26/2008, the last receipt that we have. Unfortunately, we continued to deal with their dysfunctional system on our own for over 2 more years past this date. In January 2011 we had all their equipment removed and replaced! Advanced Water Systems was never capable of getting their installed systems to provide us consistently good water for over 5 years!

My husband and I have city water and were experiencing a heavy chlorine smell. I was sick of constantly cleaning the stains in our kitchen sink so we began researching water treatment options. We called several local water treatment companies in the Knoxville area to find out what our options were. We ended up going with Advanced Water Systems because they were the most professional and came with highly rated referrals. Jerry, the man I spoke with over the phone was able to answer all of my initial questions. He offered to come out to our home for free to test our water and see exactly what was going on. My husband and I work alternate work schedules and to catch both of us at home at the same time during the week is difficult. So he offered to come
before working hours at 8:45am on a weekday morning just to accommodate our schedules! We ended up investing in a Refiner and Reverse Osmosis system for under the sink. The low-maintenance electronic monitoring system is a huge plus. To this day my husband refuses to drink from the tap or waste money on bottled water.

Sales person (Steve O) who came for the evaluation was very thorough and answered all our questions. Workman who installed the system was very quick and thorough and explained everything to us. Steve (salesman) came by a couple of weeks later to see how we liked the system and to see if we had any questions .. never had a salesman make an and quot;after purchaseand quot; call much less come by and check on us.
Little more expensive than I thought it would be but it's worth it to not be drinking chemicals. We live less than 2 miles from the water plant and you could smell the chlorine in the water previously, now there is no smell at all. No more hard water stains either.
