LUKE'S PLUMBING

Since 2015 we have used Luke's Plumbing at least three times. He has always done great work and is reasonably priced. I highly recommend Luke's Plumbing. He last did some work on 06/22/2023 when we had a toilet that was wobbling. He was on time and quickly completed the work. Luke's Plumbing does excellent work, is reasonably priced, is honest, and you can trust them.

Always quick response to phone calls and came out when scheduled. Pricing seemed fair. Always would give his opinion on what he thought was good quality products- what to buy and what not to buy. Cheap vs built to last.

Luke is a one man shop and always gets in touch with us as soon as he is able to. He even tries his best to accommodate us into his schedule. He always knows what to do and fixes it right the first time. The price is very fair for the services, skills and knowledge provided.

We have used them on several rental properties and they always are fair and do a good job.  We will continue to work with them.

He repaired the toilet leak with a new wax ring. Then we needed to disconnect the water heater and move it.  He was able to fix the pressure problems. In the meantime we decided to purchase a new water heater once the basement remodel is done and we will be calling him back to install the new unit. He is very accommodating and very reasonably priced.

Luke is always prompt and shows up when he says he will.  He is very pleasant and professional and does good work.  I would not even consider using another plumber.

He arrived when he said he would, did the work that was requested. He was easy to work with, had the repair parts and knew what he was doing. There were no issues and he is easy to work with.

There was a large water leak that appeared to be coming from under the house and water saturated the yard and was running into the road. We couldn't tell where it was coming from so we turned off all the water to the home and called Luke. He came out and identified that it was the underground pipe to the sprinkler system so he got it shut off and then when the neighbor came home he had their sprinkler company repair the break. Luke did an excellent job - prompt, quickly determined the problem and repaired in a short time - i.e. I expected it to take a couple of hours - NOT! Luke is professional, understands the homeowner concerns, answers questions. I will definitely use and recommend Luke again.

Luke replaced my water pressure regulator. Was easy to schedule, fast, and got it done right.

Luke did a super job. Final hole in ceiling was of minimal size allowing for easy replacement of sheetrock and knockdown finish. Original joint was under stress (which probably caused the crack) and leaked as a drip. Luke cut out the entire joint, duplicated the arrangement and reinstalled (without the stress). Luke is easy going but professional and a pleasure to work with.

Excellent. This started as a DIY project. One of the supply line connectors was corroded and leaking. Then the handle on one of the faucets broke when we went to turn the water off. And the replacement handles we bought didn't fit. Time for an expert.
Some service providers try to scare you into thinking "wow this is a big problem" to justify their fee. Luke Owen, in addition to being a very pleasant guy to deal with, doesn't need to over sell. He gave a clear, professional explanation of the problem and solution. He's interested in making things work. You get the feeling he's giving your problem the same attention he would if it were his home.

Every time I have called Luke, he returns my call and makes an appointment convenient to my schedule. He is the onlu plumber I will use.

Luke showed up early for his appointment and completed the work thoroughly, quickly and efficiently. The Real Deal!!
A day earlier another company had come to do the work. After discovering their intent was to up-sell services by manufacturing other problems they were not allowed to proceed and they were asked to leave. Obviously, their intent was to deceive and rip customers off.
