Sam and Matt did an awesome job excavating around our house to solve a water drainage problem. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. They are also easy to work with and are realistic about their recommendations for the work to be done.

We chose Lyman brothers to provide the grading/excavation of our backyard, which was a good sized project. From the start, their communication was great, the pricing was fair, and they did not hop from job 2 job. They were focused and dedicated to our project until it was completed. They were happy to answer questions and we would definitely recommend them to anyone needing these services. Moving forward, any land clearing or excavation we need, we will be calling them without a doubt!

Matthew called me shortly after I had entered my information online. I told him what I needed, It was a small job that needed to be done just as soon as possible. Living in a small Mountain community it is difficult to locate help when you need it and then most of the time they donâ t even show up. Matthew said he would be there the next day at 6:00 PM which was 23 hours from the time we spoke., He not only showed up, he showed up when he said he would. He took great care with my job which was appreciated so much. Based on this experience I would highly recommend him for any job that you have he stated that he does all kinds of work from lawn care to property cleanup and his price was quite reasonable.I will definitely be hiring him in the future.

These guys are really good! We had a relatively small job involving moving some rock and soil, plus some additional landscaping work. They went the "extra mile" to make sure that we had what we needed, plus some. Moreover, they offered advice on how to proceed after they finished and cleaned up. They are truly professional, skilled, broadly knowledgeable, fair, and motivated to get each job done completely. We are completely satisfied!
