Sheila, a former designer for Closet World, can create and design affordable space wherever it's needed. We do not provide materials, but will pre-shop for best prices of materials when requested. We guarantee our work. When Chaz works alone, the hourly rate is $60. When we work together, the hourly rate is $70. Understand that I really like the people I just found that he had cut the 1/4 round incorrectly and had changed the plans for the utility room without consulting me. I don't like her space planning at all. I'm better at it than she. there were so many things done that it is hard to rate because most were quite good. "All the personnel were polite and knowledgeable. The salesman completed a through assessment of the project. We discussed options and he provided me with an estimate within a couple of days. Once I made the decision to proceed, I was contacted by a project supervisor who discussed with me the timeline for installation. The project supervisor contacted my gas company for an assessment of the gas meter to insure it could handle the generator that was being installed. He also contacted the power company, arranged for all permits and inspections, and contracted a plumber to install additional gas line. Overall, he arranged for everything that needed to be done for the installation. On the installation day the team arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled time and began work. The work was completed in a timely manner and the generator was tested. Due to scheduling conflicts with the city and the power company the work could not be certified until the following day. The project supervisor worked with the power company to get us back on line so that we would not be without power for the evening. The following day the city inspector met with an electrician for the company and the generator was certified. The electrician then went through an education process with me and explained how the system was set up and what to expect. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them. Be aware that the company does business under multiple names (Tidmore Inc, Huntsville Generator, Current Electrical and Generator Services). This was confusing at times."

"The technician did a good job finding the problem immediately and replacing the control board. However, I am shocked to see the price of this part. The price I found for the control board is around $50 up or down. I was charged $425 for the service plus an additional $65 for the service call. It took him less than 30 minutes to install the board, not counting the trip to get the board. The company would not give me an hourly rate for a technician before hand. I am so disappointed in this company now. I have read some of the reviews posted on the internet about their pricing and I have to agree price gauging. If you don't know what's wrong with your unit how can you get a quote from a company? Hire again I DON'T KNOW, even though I said yes."
