They provided an honest estimate which included all of the necessary work and delivered the work without surprises. I researched many other companies and found that many, if not most, were deceptive in their bidding practices. Most sent out a sales representative whose primary purpose was to "up-sell" what I asked for or for what I needed. These companies were often as much as 100% higher priced than what I finally paid. "The heat was out at my rental property and Travis called me back right away.I told him I had a couple living there with a newborn baby and he was there within 2 hours of talking to him. He had to change 2 parts and got it done quick at a very reasonable price. He just happened to be in the same area the next day and checked on the hvac system and saw it was still freezing up even before the renters realized it. He called me right away and he had to go to Nashville to get the part and got it fixed the next day.He also wanted me to come by so he could show everything to me. I can't say enough good things about this man.
