They provided an honest estimate which included all of the necessary work and delivered the work without surprises. I researched many other companies and found that many, if not most, were deceptive in their bidding practices. Most sent out a sales representative whose primary purpose was to "up-sell" what I asked for or for what I needed. These companies were often as much as 100% higher priced than what I finally paid. I experienced none of these issues with First Class Plumbing & HVAC and I am very happy that I chose them from the others I investigated."

He was very professional and showed us the build up of lint that he removed. Before he left, he gave recommendations for how often we should have it cleaned. Dan was very polite and professional!
