"I'm not certain why my initial review was not accepted on 3/6, but, out of desperation and having done ALL to remedy my Kenmore dishwasher not cleaning well, I called Berny's and wonderful Bernardo came to our rescue. Initially, we both thought it to be a bad circulation pump ($350), but Bernardo checked for errors and determined it could be a bad turbidity sensor ( $16 on EBay). If not that, circuit board where this sensor plugs in could be bad. The great tech he is, he recognized my small appliance repair prowess and agreed, at my insistence, to show me where the sensor could be found, replaced, etc. Ordered sensor on EBay and literally took me 15 min. to replace. I spent more time cleaning up the water that came out of filter. I am running through first load of dishes. Typically it works fine after a hard reset (turned power off to dishwasher) so will have to wait for a second wash. Like having a family member who is a doctor, everyone should have a "Bernardo" in the family!"

"I've dealt with John, who I think is the owner of Multitask Repairs for an extended warranty repair on my frig. When we talked he blasted my warranty company, CPS as being difficult to work with, that they were known not to approve work timely and I would be better off going with another company like Sears. However, this hasn't been my experience. Since John submitted his estimate to the warranty company for the repairs, the work was reviewed and approved in under a week. But since the approval I've discovered that John is actually the one that is difficult to work with. This gentleman has made every excuse imaginable as to why my frig has not been repaired - to "Oh man I couldn't find your number to get your address" to "I had too many calls today so I couldn't make it." And now it's been almost two months since the approval and my frig is still not working. I am really surprised that Multitask Repairs is still in business especially on how they treat their customers. I have been more than patient, but I have never dealt with someone as unprofessional and irresponsible as John and if you have the option to take your business and money elsewhere - do it and save yourself the headache. Avoid this company if you can."

"Good afternoon. Idk what happened yesterday. I thought I had submitted my review? Oh well. I had a great experience Hamza plumbing. (Anas). I had a water leak in my front yard that was not my utility company’s responsibility. The first day I contacted Anas he showed up. I explained the issue n he basically knew what the problem was. We agreed he’d come back when I got paid (SSDISABILITY). Fortunately I was able to schedule appointment earlier. He showed up at the agreed time of 8:30a. He had his own supplies n equipment (a rarity today) lol. I let him do his job occasionally checking on him n he’d show me the leak eventually. At that point he proceeded to repair. Once finished, he cleaned, replaced back what he had excavated n I paid him. We also agreed on doing future jobs as I showed him some other plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs."
