The repairman was on time, defined and resolved the problem.

I forgot to write a review for Rick when he came out to fix my dishwasher this summer, but I just needed to call him again about a different issue and he told me what to do myself to take care of it. This guy has saved me so much money! The first time, he came out to the house I had just purchased "as is" because the dishwasher didn't drain. The very first thing he said was "well, a lot of people replace a broken garbage disposal and forget to knock out the drain lug before the hook up the hose from the dishwasher . . . . yep . . . . that's it" and he was done in 10 minutes! He only charged me $65 to come out and do that since it was such an easy job, but the point is he knew what to look at and I went from having no dishwasher to having a working dishwasher. What a deal! This time, I called him because I had to move the dishwasher to remove a stubborn kitten who freaked out when we brought him home and ran underneath to hide. He didn't know what food or water were yet, so we had to extract him. When I cleaned that area out later on and pushed the dishwasher back in, I noticed the supply line was dripping both under the sink and also under the dishwasher. I cut the valves because I didn't want a flood. I called Rick because I figured it would be less than $200 to get the copper tubing cut and re-flared or whatever, but he did me one better. He told me to remove the copper tubing, go to a hardware store and get a stainless-steel braided water supply line, and that I could screw it on myself with a wrench. I asked him about removing the other copper supply line that goes to the fridge, which is rusting out so we don't want to feed water into it any more until we replace it (and we'll never hook water up to a fridge again, the #1 cause of residential flooding), and Rick said the hardware store would have a cap fitting that we could use to close off where that copper tubing came off the cold supply line under the sink. What an awesome guy! If we need something done again, I'm calling Rick. He clearly knows his trade, and he's more interested in helping people than anything else. He's very easy to talk to, returns calls pretty quick, and he'll genuinely look out for you. I can't give him a high enough recommendation.

Was familiar with brand which evidently is notorious for problems. Was able to repair and is working as it should now. Hope it continues to. The 2 repairmen were efficient and pleasant. Seemed very competent.

Both the EAP11728995 (water inlet -cold) and the( EAP3527427) water inlet -hot were replaced and the leak has been fixed.

He arrived on time. We called late on Friday and he was here on Monday morning. He was very knowledgeable and gave us good advice on how to maintain our washing machine. He explained everything he was doing. I thought the price was fair and he did the job quickly. He also looked at our ice maker and explained how to fix it. He gave us a 5% senior discount.

Action Appliance Repair was able to send Toney the same day (Friday, Jan 9).  My washing machine had been stopping mid-cycle and giving me an uneven load error code.  I would adjust the load and restart the machine, it would run for 5 minutes and then stop with the error code again.  I was hoping for a same-day repair but parts had to be ordered and shipped.  Toney attempted to schedule a return visit for the repair on the date he promised (Thursday, Jan 15) but I wasn't at home when he was available.  
IHe came the following day (1/16/15) and repaired both appliances.  I was pleased with the same-day service, his efficiency and the fact that he returned to complete the repairs as promised.  I did not obtain another estimate so I'm not sure how competitive the cost was for these repairs.   Since I didn't want to go to a laundromat to do laundry while waiting for the parts to arrive, Toney advised me to avoid washing heavy loads of laundry until the repair was complete.  This helped me to get through until the repair was completed a week later.

He came out the same day I called.  This is very important when your refrigerator is not working.  Everyone else I called was going to take 1 or 2 days to come out.  I am so glad I called Action Appliance Repair.  Tony was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The price was very reasonable.  The repair was finished the next morning when the part arrived.  I was very glad I called them.  They will be my first choice next time I need appliance repair.

He was very professional and knowledgable. He determined the problem and advised me that the cost for repair would not be cost effective. He did not try to sell me anything or high pressure me into anything. He advised me and I made the determination to not fix it. Recommend this company and I will use them again if needed.

Was prompt, professional, found the problem with our refrigerator and had it up and running within minutes. We so appreciated his same day service, when a refrigerator/freezer goes out you cannot wait days for repair. So glad we found Action.
