Washer did work again but showed same symptoms almost immediately . It got worse and worse and so we called for 30 day warranty. Turns out the warranty is for labor only not parts. We suspect a used part was used also.

Great!! After explaining what was going on with the dryer he pretty much knew from experience what the problem was.

Stan from ASAP arrived promptly and went right to work. Very soon he located the problem, gave me a price for an 'easy' repair and a second price in case he had to repair the issue 'the hard way'. The easy way worked! I've used my dishwasher many times in the 10 days since the repair, and it's working perfectly. Stan was professional, fast, and cleaned up after himself.

For what they did the price was high. I think it was a family owned business and the one worker was friendly.      He cleaned up after himself. He gave one impression on what the price would be and I was thinking it would be two hundred and something dollars and it ended up closer to $400 and it was a shock. So I guess being clearer on what the overall price would be would have helped. I would tell a friend to get a bottom line quote on what it would cost and stick with that. Sometimes they trough some ideas at you and then they are quoting you a higher price so ensure that doesn’t occur and find out clearly what is going to be the base price when he finishes.

Stan, was very professional and came in at the scheduled time. He diagnosed my problem within a few min.. Had the correct part with him and had the repair complete within an hour. 
I will defiantly be calling them again for all my appliance needs. Glad we found them.
