His technicians showed up on the correct day, and they were actually 15 minutes early! They came in, told me what they were going to do, sealed off the bathroom with some plastic, and they began work. Approximately three hours later, they had cleaned up after themselves, had me come to inspect their work, and they left. This company was not only responsive to my questions, but they did exactly what they told me they were going to do, and in a timely manner. "We have a home warranty, so we only have to pay the deductible for the home warranty and they cover the rest of the cost. The deductible is $50. But that is just for regular work, I guess we do have to pay them for the maintenance service. We trust them to do the work; they have been out here several times. They do a good job. Our overall experience with them is great."
