In retrospect, I think we were overcharged. Especially since they cut too big a hole for the shower head and I ended up going out and getting a larger one to cover their mistake. They also cut the toilet opening too large so there is an opening on the floor by the toilet. When I called to tell them about it, they said they would come back to re-do it. But since I thought I would have them come back for something else I said to wait. I was, at that time, sick of having the place torn up. So that is my fault.

The work they did do was very good, with the above exceptions. But every time I get in the shower I see the cut in the tile at the shower head. My feeling is they should not have to be told about it and to come back; it should have been done right in the first place.

"It went well. Ron showed up on time to give an estimate. The following week, he and his crew got to work. He even put the cat up (so that she wouldn't get out) when I wasn't able to do so. There were a few places that I've asked that the crew go back over, i.e., cutting in lines aren't straight. But Ron had no problem with that and has said several times that he wants to make sure that I'm happy.
