Jeremy called before coming to my home and was very pleasant and did a great job cleaning my carpet. We just brought this home and the carpet badly needed a good cleaning. I was so happy with the service carpet looks Clean and smells so much better

Great. I have used them before and always do a great job

The plan that we used was 2 ladies for 2 hours for $100. My wife felt like you couldn't really tell somebody came and cleaned the house. They did do it but it was somewhat incomplete. It was mediocre work. Most house cleaners we have used are in the ballpark on price.

Very well. I called, left a message with he owner, he called me back within the hour and schedule me for the same week. He was on time and did a great job.

They provided good service like they always do. This is my fourth time using Extreme Clean and they are very professional.

They had cleaned up the apartment on the other side of the duplex and did a wonderful job, with which I was very pleased. When the other tenant moved out and I hired them again to clean up the second apartment, I was not pleased with the work and advised the owner immediately. Because the duplex was being shown for sale the next day, I did not have time to get them back to remedy the work, but the owner was VERY responsive and regretful that the job had not met my (or their) standards. He immediately cut the price in half and I thought that was very fair. I know sometimes cleaning crews vary in quality, but I felt like the company stood behind their work and I WILL use them again!

The tech was on time and professional. Was not informed that this was a very light cleaning on the phone.... So I have a 1300 sq ft house and the cleaning was for traffic areas only... Not a very good deal..........

Fantastic job! On time; very professional. Did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. Definitely at the top of my list to use for future projects. Highly recommend Extreme Clean.

Many areas were not cleaned..terribly job

It went very well. They came out probably the next week. They were on time. They were nice, polite and did a good job.

Work was done to satisfaction. Took longer than expected resulting in higher price than quoted

They did a fabulous job. I made a Big Deal purchase with them. I did not have to pay any more than the Big Deal price. It worked beautifully. The day he had me scheduled to do, he had ran into a problem and I said, "Well, that's okay because I don't have you scheduled until the next Thursday". My guess is I'm the one who had the wrong date and he wasn't, so I think he was right and I had just gotten it wrong because it was the next Thursday, but anyway, it all worked well. They followed up about coming out. This was my first time using them.

Fantastic! The representative cleaned the carpets meticulously. Stains that I thought would never come up came out. When my cat freaked out and perched on the curtain rod -- she didn't leave the room I thought she would exit instantly -- the young man gently helped me get her to safety. I was impressed with his professionalism and hard work.
