"Good afternoon. Idk what happened yesterday. I thought I had submitted my review? Oh well. I had a great experience Hamza plumbing. (Anas). I had a water leak in my front yard that was not my utility company’s responsibility. The first day I contacted Anas he showed up. I explained the issue n he basically knew what the problem was. We agreed he’d come back when I got paid (SSDISABILITY). Fortunately I was able to schedule appointment earlier. He showed up at the agreed time of 8:30a. He had his own supplies n equipment (a rarity today) lol. I let him do his job occasionally checking on him n he’d show me the leak eventually. At that point he proceeded to repair. Once finished, he cleaned, replaced back what he had excavated n I paid him. We also agreed on doing future jobs as I showed him some other plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs."

"Hired them originally to widen my driveway in order to park 2 cars side by side. They did a great job with it. But that’s where the nightmare begins. They did such a great job I decided to have them go ahead and redo the rest of the driveway. I’ve never had more regret in my life. The jobs were only one week apart. The first huge red flag was the lines in driveway were completely different from the pour one week before. I can’t even fathom why they wouldn’t align them to match. Next they busted quite a few places in the extension of the driveway poured less than a week ago with the excavator and made zero attempt to fix them!! If those two things aren’t bad enough, THE TWO POURS ARENT EVEN CLOSE TO MATCHING!!! They look like two complete different kinds of concrete!! I was finally able to convince the owners to even come take a look only after threatening to take them to court. As you would imagine at this point it was nothing but excuses on the concrete manufacturer. They “attempted” to make things right by sending the crew back out to use light duty concrete cleaner on the newer portion but of course that did absolutely nothing and I haven’t heard from them since. Payed right under 10k for both jobs. Going to be a couple grand for my lawyer but hopefully I recoup some of it."

"We contracted on 10/22/19 with Champion to have all the windows replaced in our home. It was nothing but errors after that point. Our salesman did not count our windows correctly (was off by two) and that had to be corrected before he got out the door. He also told us the windows would be installed by Thanksgiving. The next person to come to our house was a week later than expected. We then discovered that our salesman did not write in the correct column on the bid so grids had not been included. After getting that worked out we were told our windows were ordered but would not be installed until mid December. On 11/27 got a call from yet another person saying that **corporate** had kicked our contract back because the profit margins were too thin so Champion was backing out of our deal. We had a signed contract (which obviously meant nothing to them) and they had our 25% deposit since 10/21. Was told there was no recourse. We were treated badly through the whole process. I would caution anyone who is thinking of doing business with them that they cannot be trusted to stand by their signed contract and have little regard for the inconveniences they put homeowners through. Do not do business with this company."

"I live in an antebellum house, built in 1837. Over the past 175 years some of the bricks underneath the fireplace in the living room and gathering room had crumbled. The floor needed repairs and leveling. I contacted 4 companies to evaluate the problem and develop a solution. Luke Griffin, with Mr. Foundation, was the only person who actually went under the house and took pictures of the problem for us to see. We were able to see what was happening at the fireplaces. He then studied the problem and the next day offered us a solution. They came and installed steel beams with stainless steel jacks, leveled the floors and resolved the problem. I tell people an elephant now could jump up and down on the floors. Would I recommend Mr. Foundation?? 100%!!! And, FYI, their price was considerably less than two of the other companies."
