Best floor cleaners and waxers near Dickson, TN

"I have used A Step Above previously for carpet cleaning and will continue to do so in the future. They are very responsive and when they give a timeframe for service, they consistently meet it. They are great at communicating reminders and they call when on their way. They do an awesome job and their technicians are very friendly and professional. They follow-up to ensure quality service. I highly recommend them."

"Jamie absolutely saved the day. We hired a "contractor " who could install the new flooring as well as some other work we needed done. His work dragged on for three months. As soon as he got some money he bailed leaving us with a nightmare of unfinished work. What little he had done was very poorly installed. Jamie from Expansive Flooring Solutions came in, showed us exactly what had been done wrong, gave us a great quote, told us exactly what we would need and a firm timeline. He was true to his word at every turn, communicated really well and while he peeled back the layers of the work that had been previously done, kept us really well informed. Jamie fixed all the terribly shoddy work, repaired all the short cuts and installed our flooring the right way. Jamie went above and beyond to get it right. Our nightmare is over and the new floors look incredible!"

"We really enjoyed the experience with Jim and his crew. I have done a number of tile remodels in another state and have sone experience with this process. Jim really knows what he is doing and responded to my nit-picky concerns with interest and patience. We transformed a tub/shower alcove into a beautiful walk-in shower with a new bathroom floor. Our kitchen went from dark and drab to light and elegant. Every T was crossed and nothing left undone, all with a smile. Thanks, Jim!"

"Michael came over right away after my call and repaired my floors the very next day. He did an exceptional job, bringing the floors back to their original appearance and condition. He is a hard worker, who takes pride in his work; in fact, he has elevated hardwood floor cleaning to an art form. He also values customer service and delivers a quality outcome. I would definitely call on Michael again if I need hardwood floor help. However, Michael has taught me how to maintain the floors effectively -- another valuable part of his service."

"Benchmark maids has been cleaning my home weekly for several years. They do an excellent job, the house always smells so clean when they leave! They show up on time every time! When we need to swap days they are always accommodating! I have referred them to MANY friends, which is the ultimate endorsement."

"Excellent service. Entire house was cleaner than when we moved in. Deep clean and carpet cleaning was done to perfection."

"SanitizeTN did an amazing job. Very proffessional and gave our tenants peace of mind knowing the building had been professionally sanitized."

"They came on schedule, did a wonderful carpet cleaning - cleaned the spots, the pet hair, etc. Everything was done professionally, very organized at a good price."

"The cleaning service was less than he bathroom counter had obviously been cleared off for cleaning (everything was moved out of place) but the counter had not been cleaned and the floors were left unswept. I would have understood if they had given an explanation, but they rushed out an hour earlier than I expected them to based on the appointment reminder that I received from them. I really wanted to like them and be able to continue using their services, but their customer service just wasn’t what I expect. Also, the main thing I wanted them to do was clean my living room windows. When I spoke to them on the phone I was told they would. Once they arrived, they told me the windows would be an additional charge of over $100 dollars."

"I love my new floor. Definitely adds value to the home. Installers were great at communicating and the project went smooth."
