Working several more years in skilled trades the owner has most recently worked as a Maintenance Supervisor for one of the largest Property Management Groups in the Midsouth coordinating,managing, and working on projects ranging from hvac replacements, general maintenance, general plumbing and electrical to complete rehabs and restorations of both homes and apartments. Billing procedures are all work over $500, one-third of bill must be paid before work is started and any remainder must be paid upon completion. If permit is required remainder must be paid after final inspection. Checks, cash, and credit card are accepted methods of payment 10% discount to senior citizens, emergency service personnel, active service and veterans.
