Everything was a good experience with no issues 24 after installation. We do have quite a strong odor after lighting the fireplace, but we guess it's just the ceramic logs burning off.

Showed up same day and were able to fix my gas fireplace. They did the full maintenance and cleaning in less than an hour and noticed a pretty significant safety hazard. Very fairly priced.
