If I could give half a star, I would! I am extremely disappointed with Dyson Painting and Staining. Here’s why: - They refused to provide a hard copy of my receipt. - The pressure washing was incomplete, leaving several areas untouched. - They missed staining multiple posts. - There was excessive overspray, and stain was spilled in my yard, killing my grass. - I had to help put up plastic after the overspray had already stained my concrete, which is now ruined. - They didn’t follow the manufacturer’s instructions to mix turpentine with the stain for my covered porch, so the deck remains sticky and hasn’t dried properly. - The plastic they taped to my windows was never removed, so I had to do it myself, and even 25 days later, they left their ladder in my yard. I do not recommend their services!

I was Always Told by other Buisness owners that I would have to deal with Customers like this.. At Some point, But Beings I never Really have in All these years doing buisness with the exception of maybe 1 or 2, but Nothing like this At all, But Reading This is pretty much heart breaking at 1st,But as I was reading this in TOTAL confusion And Disbelief to even think That you would have some other person write these absurd things About Your Cabin & 2 Deck Wash & Stain For the Simple fact that you Thanked us A Handful of times For doing A Great Job on your cabin & Decks and went as far as saying it’s the 1st time your cabin was Not only Spray Stained, But Also… Back Brushed By Hand.. And Prior to that You thanked us For Not Only Power-washing Your cabin But Also Softwashing Sobwe could apply the correct Chemicals to Rid All the Blacked out Areas throughout your cabin,Decks & Spindles As well Throughout Our Whole time Getting your House Cleaned & Stained…. You were outside on Your Side-By-Side Watching us, From Start to finish (the only time you were not outside watching us is when you told us you needed to go stop at your neighbors house real quick & would be right back in which you might have been gone for a whole 30 minutes & After you got back on your side-by-side, we then seen you laying on the grass & we walked over to you asking if you were ok & you quickly woke up and Said “You were just taking a Rest”…. Then you immediately got up and back in your Little side-by-side and you pulled on the back side of your cabin so you could get directly in our view of us working, Never not 1 single time did you complain But the complete opposite You “Thanked Us” For doing a Great Job Moving forward. You specifically asked us to “Apply 2-3 coats”.. in Which we did just that, But come to the Front porch I knew there was Next to No sunlight that approaches it or dwells for any kind of long time frame so I are-Suggested for that to only stay with 1 coat, You then told me to Add some chemical to the stain in which it would help out with the Dry & Stickiness for the 2nd coat on the front porch that gets no sunlight, so we did as You asked But the next day it still wasn’t dry, So I suggested for you not to walk on it untill it’s full dry But your blaming US for what You instructed us to do? That it wasn’t Drying properly but we suggested it only received 1 cost due to No sunlight dwelling on that specific area Moving forward… you were talking abt Taping up and Placing the Plastic to cover up all the sensitive areas Well Not only did we do that (like we Do every single job) We put everything up on the windows,Doors,Lights,Walkways,Garage doors,etc. After we Powerwashed so the next day after it was dry we would then stain You…. Then After we did all that & had it scheduled like so for 5 weeks, You Then proceeded to say, don’t come & Stsin untill Friday 🧐 So it has days in end to dry, So we said… Well after 20 years in the buisness while it being summer time it drys in all reality in under a Day (you’ll see a lot of it dry “In summer time “ within. Hours, We also stated “IF it was not dry by tomorrow We then will come back the following day the Start the stain process, But he wanted to just feel like he wanted to Control the situation, I should have seen from the very beginning How he was going to be, but moving forward since [Member Name Removed] had us waiting on his time schedule which messed our schedule completely up with everything else The plastic in some places was coming off due to the winds Etc fir the next few days So we then had to Redo the plastic in some areas in which he asked to help, We said “If you’d like to Yes we don’t mind so he did 1 or 2 windows out front & He placed some on the back “We’re he’s claiming there was “Overspray” … Yet he ([Member Name Removed]) wanted to put the Plasic covering back there So he clearly didn’t do the great job he said wen he would do when he vigorously asked to help us put it up (because I think he felt at fault for making us come back to start staring days after… we initially put up the Coverings from the get go.. So moving forward , We have Called [Member Name Removed] & texted him to Schedule a Day & Timing to come see what he’s talking abt but we’ve go no response The only think [Member Name Removed] called us about was concerning his 3rd Invoice Recipet… Yes 3rd. We sent a copy Via Email & SMS text But that wasn’t good enough, He wanted a “Hand Written one also”…. And I told him soon as I get time I’ll write it out & Come back and bring it to you And Fir 3 days straight he harassed me telling me “You need to get me over a Hand Written Copy” Now… I’m 45-60 mins Away (each way) and I was And am very busy and I couldn’t make it happen “as Quickly as He wanted “…. So now I See This Review up 🧐 🤔. Very sad [Member Name Removed] that you would do such a Thing and make up a whole bunch of fabricated Bold face lies, because you didn’t get your immediate way in coming way out there to write you a Hand written recipet And then put the review up under a Whoke different name, that in itself explains who you are Well anyhow [Member Name Removed], Were ready to come out and take a look at exactly what your speaking on & if we need to do anything that WE did or didn’t do, We will take care of it by all means With That God Bless

I believe the degree of clean out on this rental was not the norm. Renters left an unbelievable amount of garbage, furniture, clothing, and stuff that would be unimaginable behind. However I could not have ask for a better team to have completed this job for me. They are the type of individuals you want to hire, very respectful and I would recommend them for any task you my need done.

Excellent! I was so tired of making appointments for work to be done and nobody show or they want an outlandish fee for work I could've done better myself! In comes Dyson Restorations! Mr Dyson, the owner/operator, is a hardworking professional that still takes pride in his work and doesn't shy away from a big job.
