The body work performed was excellent. No complaints whatsoever there.
The problem I had occurred when I picked the vehicle up. My key was bent by someone at the dealership...to the point where it was difficult to start the car with it. My back seat area (leather seats in my new 5 month old, less than 2k miles on it) were filthy. It was obvious that when the body shop did their work, they sat in the rear seats to do the work. The seats were scuffed and extremely dusty. In disgust, I chose not to return the vehicle to them to be cleaned because I didn't want them touching it again.
