They were courteous and professional and very careful with all the furniture. They also worked very fast and were all about business.
- Schrecker Moving & Storage IncThe morning of pack-out, they had 5 packers. I was surprised that so many showed-up. This was a split move with items going to a new home, and many items going into a personal storage unit. The moving company gave me a great suggestion on how to mark what was going to the home vs. what was going to storage. The packers asked for a tour of the house to make sure they understood how everything was split and it gave them a chance to ask questions. They spent quality time and packed everything with great care! There was one packer per room, and they worked all day without a break. The next day the driver showed up to finish inventory and load my household goods onto the truck. There were 2 men and a semi-tractor trailer. They were careful with the antique and big furniture. They took the time to split the truck to what was going to the house vs. what was going to storage. The truck driver delivered the items 4 days later in Pennsylvania, even in the rain. They only stopped a few times b/c it was raining too hard to bring the items in. They put all the items where I needed them to be. I was nervous that I had too much going into storage. I rented a 10x20 storage room. They stacked and packed and I had a little room to spare. I didn't have to rent another 10x10! I was thrilled how they were able to fit everything in!! My items were the only thing in the ruck. There were 2 items not checked off the inventory sheet, a small box and a set of wooden shelves. The truck driver was willing to pull everything out of storage in order to find the items, but I stopped him saying that I'm confident that I have everything, and that it was probably a simple human error that these 2 items were not marked off. 2 days later I received a text message from the driver that the shelves were wrapped in the truck and that he would mail them to me at their expense. I know that if I wasn't so tired from the move and the long day that the driver would've moved mountains to find the 2 and quot;missingand quot; items; I think the small box is buried in storage and I'm confident that it will be found

The truck and 3 men arrived right on time, they were very professional, and got right to work, padding all our furniture, wrapping things for safe transport, pleasantly asked questions regarding our preferences, so efficient!! They loaded up the truck with no delays at all. Then they moved us into the new house quickly but with utmost care of our furniture and possessions. They arranged the furniture the way I wanted.
