"The move was professionally done. Members of the moving team were pleasant and informative. They carefully assessed the best way to get the piano in my house. Unfortunately, an accident occurred when moving the piano out of the seller's house, leaving some gashes in the wood along the front of the piano. I was not there and the seller did not see what happened, so have no idea why the damage occurred. The company was most gracious in giving me a reduced moving fee for the damage. This should help in covering costs to try to hide the wood damage."

He was extremely careful in wrapping all the pieces, which included mirrors and glass fronts. Everything was delivered safely and securely. He was dependable and checked with me multiple times before the move to make sure everything was on schedule. He arrived at the promised time and accomplished the loading within less than two hours. He then met us promptly at the new location and unloaded just as efficiently."
