    They're absolutely wonderful! Everyone loves them! They just did exactly what we wanted. The pool was wonderful, and we're using it. We're very happy with their service. They're a little expensive, but their pool is better in quality than the rest of the pools around here. We wanted something quality, and they just did a really good job! You pay for what you get. They give you a good price, and not a bad price. They are punctual. They came in and did the pool under the time that they said. They provided all the instructions, because I've never had a pool before. They provided all the instructions to make sure I know exactly how everything work. They did everything they said. We couldn't be more happy with them. They put in a 16 x 32 pool liner and one piece fiberglass pool with everything. They completed it at the 20th of June

    The job started off and quot;swimminglyand quot; with their crew showing up on a Saturday to start draining the pool. After the drain was complete, they removed the liner and that is when the job became a bit more challenging. Due to a combination of factors which I feel were mostly driven by pool water leaking, for over a year, behind the liner where it had pulled away from the coping, and after removal of the existing liner and weight of the water, there was a large quantity of groundwater which started seeping up from below the vermiculite. This created quite a challenge as the pool now could not be kept dry long enough to allow the crew to install the new liner. This became a little stressful as the some of the guys on the crew gave me the feeling that I may be in for some expensive and not 100% effective groundwater mitigation efforts since they seemed to believe the water intrusion was caused by the presence of a high water table. I spoke with the owner of Sango Pool and Spa, Paul Lobianco, and he assured me that they would come up with a solution. Shortly thereafter, a crew arrived and started draining and drying the vermiculite enough so that the liner could be installed. I understood this was simply to put the forces of static pressure working against each other, i.e., if enough water could be put in the pool, it would and quot;hold downand quot; the ground water intrusion due to weight. This strategy seemed to work at first, but after a few days of filling the pool, the styrofoam that the crew had installed in the shallow end of the pool started and quot;floatingand quot; and causing a gigantic bubble in the shallow end of the pool. UH OH! Now I was getting really worried if they could solve the issue. I contacted Paul again and discussed the issues and he said they would get right on it, and a day or so later, the crew showed up again, installed a device below the liner to pump out the water that had collected which helped but did not completely remove the bubble in the liner. I decided to be patient this time and let them the store know about the continuing problems which they assured me they would fix. A day or so passed, then the crew was on site again and started draining the pool for the second time. While I wasn't too thrilled about having a two 20k gallon fills of a pool on my water bill, I knew they had to do it to get the problem solved. After the second draining was done, the crew removed the styrofoam from the shallow end. This foam was not really needed according to the crew that was on site, all it really did is make the bottom of the pool a little and quot;bouncierand quot;. After the foam was removed, the crew reinstalled the liner in the shallow end and started the filling process again. The process looked a lot smoother this time...the liner was smooth as silk with no bubbles and looked great...finally problem solved

    Sango Pool and Spa put in our pool 10 years ago so we went back to them. He was very nice and very helpful. He's ordered the part for us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very impressed at our pool because it looks as nice as it did 10 years before. When they first put in the pool they have just started and right now they are really overrun with putting in pools, they have 9 people going out today for pools. They're helpful and they did a good job when they did the pool in, we've been pleased with it. We've been pleased and the pool is still up and running

    My husband and I first contacted Sango Pool in February of 2015. We wanted a pool installed in our backyard. Our backyard has a significant slope, approximately -3' over 18'. We wanted the area for the pool dug out so that one side of the pool would be flush with the ground. We were assured by Paul, the owner, that what we had requested was completely doable. Construction began at the middle of March. The pool was not installed the way it had been agreed it would be. We asked Paul about this and we were again assured that the pool would be installed the we had requested resulting in only 18"of the pool being above the ground. Instead of the pool being flush with the yard on one side, it is sitting approximately 3' above the ground. The frame, liner, and sand filter where installed within three days. The pool was filled within four days. We had also paid for a deck and a salt system. On May 1st, Sango Pool and Spa called and requested a meeting with my husband and me. We met with Paul the next day where he proceeded to explain to us that the deck we staked out would be much more expensive than what we originally agreed to. We explained to Paul that we did not stake out the deck and that the floor plan of the staked out area was not even what we had asked for. He apologized and explained that the deck must have been staked out by a man he had just fired. The was deck was built and completed by May 8th. However, I contacted Sango Pool on the 8th to inform them that our salt system, the ladder, and the proper connection for the vacuum had not been installed. I also inquired about the first round of chemicals, at which point I was asked "has that not been done?". At five o'clock on Friday a gentleman arrived at our residence, put salt into the pool and installed a back flow hose. We were assured that he would be back on Saturday to install the ladder because the ladder, which had been sitting in our backyard since March, was missing a part. We were also told that the adapter for the vacuum hose would be installed. None of this, with the exception of the salt system, has been completed as of May 10th 2015. And, while the salt system has been installed, it does not appear to be installed correctly. We have also noticed that salt cell water flow direction is going in the opposite direction of the actual flow of water. I was very much looking forward to a relaxing Mother's Day in my new pool with a good book but that's not going to happen

    It took them over a year to finish it. That's part of the problem. There was a water problem, but still they had me stall it, instead of them. It seemed to me that the contractor put more burden on the owner than he should have. In fact the contractor was hardly ever on scene except to collect payments. They sub contractors were always alone, in fact I had to start calling them, I asked for the number of one of them and called him to see what the status was. The contractor would say he was real busy and didn't have time and that kind of stuff. The staff he hired, particularly one of them was outstanding, but they are sub contractors. It wasn't one of his staff. I would never in my lifetime use them again

    When I contacted Family Leisure about our pool that is 6 years old and is rusted all the way around, I was informed that there was nothing they could do about. So essentially, we were out $5000.00 because it is not covered under their warranty. So, if you plan on getting what you pay for DO NOT buy from this company or you will be greatly disappointed, and out a lot of money
