I would recommend them to anyone moving. They were on time actually a smidge early, which was great. They got to work. There was two of them. They didn’t waste any time. They took great care in my furniture and glass pictures. They were very kind and personable. I would definitely hire them again

This company wasn’t even moving us — they were moving our neighbor — yet somehow still managed to treat my wife with outright disrespect. Their truck blocked our driveway. When my wife asked them to move it, they responded rudely but did so. When she returned, the truck was blocking our driveway again. This time, the man told her she’d “have to wait,” clearly irritated. She stood her ground, and they moved the truck — but again, with attitude. As they were leaving, one of the movers made a completely unprofessional and offensive comment, saying the only reason our neighbor was probably moving was “because of her.” That kind of remark is beyond rude — it’s personal, unnecessary, and completely unacceptable behavior from someone representing a business. When my wife called the company to report the incident, the response was just as disappointing: “Maybe he was having a bad day.” No apology. No concern. No accountability. Just a lazy excuse. This reflects a deeper problem than just a bad employee — it’s a culture issue. Poor attitudes, lack of professionalism, and zero accountability start at the top. If management can brush off that kind of behavior with a shrug, it tells you everything you need to know about how this company is run. We weren’t even the customer, and this is how we were treated. Imagine trusting them with your home and your belongings. Use this company at your own risk.

Beware of this company!!! Stay far away from this inexperienced and incompetent group. I have moved over 8 times, and 4 of these moves were in the last 4 years. This was by far the worse experience I have ever had. Let’s hit the points on why this was so bad - Overcharged - the quote I received was half of their actual charges. - Overpromised - the company promised three movers, but the third left early and wasn’t replaced until the very end - Damage - the company’s movers damaged sooo many items - not only did they rip every single leather dining chair, but they knocked tool boxes off the loading deck and tumbled them 5 feet down end over end destroying the tool boxes. They treated items poorly and threw them around. Beyond this they damaged irreplaceable artwork and other personal items. Beyond this, the “standard insurance” offered us $184 to replace $5k of damage. Hire anyone - Bellhop, Two Men and a Truck, etc - but stay far away from these folks.

I highly recommend True Friends Moving Company. Chris, Matt, and Corey exceeded our expectations! They were efficient, professional, wasted no time, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. If I could give greater than 5 stars, I would.

From start to finish I had a flawless experience. From the 3 man packer crew the day before our move, to cheap prices for all the boxes, and the move day itself with 4 movers, 1 truck, and 2 trips later… Not one single thing was broken and I actually chose to pay for them to stay longer since they were so efficient. They unloaded, assembled, and helped clean up before they left. Vernon, Jalen, Russ, and Tevan were rockstars and made my wife feel safe comfortable and heard. Which is huge compared to other moving companies. They protected all my furniture and all the doorways which is different that any movers I’ve ever seen. Hands down best move in my entire life!

Needed my house empty to sell. They packed and picked up and took to storage until I found my new house in a different state. They checked in every month to see if I was ready for delivery. When I was ready, we made the plan and everything went like clockwork. Everything was in good shape, and placed where I told them. They reassembled what they took apart. I highly recommend True Friends for any move you need.

Recommended by a friend for my move from Chicago to Nashville. after initial delays due to a mechanical issue with the truck, the crew arrived a day later than planned. Once the crew arrived, the guys really knocked it out of the park. The endured a crappy, rainy day, to get loaded. Unload at destination went great. The crew was incredibly polite, professional, and hard working. They more than made up for the initial delay. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

It was easy to schedule with True friends and they accommodated the date we wanted. The movers came on time, we’re very careful, professional and efficient. They completed the move in less time than I anticipated even while accommodating the special circumstances of our move. If you are lucky enough to get Jeremiah O’Donnie and Ryan you will be in good hands and will have a good moving experience.

The move couldn’t have gone better. An A+ move thanks to the office team on the schedule and communication on the front end to the move executors. We had to make a last minute schedule change due to a rearrangement in closing date. The office made it happen with no show of inconvenience. To the move. Dustin Dudley and Trent Lindsay were OUTSTANDING ! They cared about every detail in the care of our assets and care of our brand new built house. They also were very perceptive to the direction of what items we wanted in what room of the house. They had great attitudes and savvy customer service from start to finish. True professionals !

It was unbelievable! This was our 16 move in 30 years and Jerry, Fletcher and Allen were outstanding! We are in temp housing while our new home us being finished and will be calling on them to move us!

True Friends really lived up to their name! We packed our house ourselves but Adrian and Teay did all the heavy lifting. They were both extremely professional, and unlike other moving companies I've used in the past they were very respectful of my items. Nothing was broken and only minor scuffs on the walls of the new house were made, which honestly I expected way worse! I truly felt like some real friends who cared about me came to help me move - I couldn't have asked for any more! And the price was right on par with what I expected to pay. I would recommend this company, specifically Adrian and Teay, to anyone who is planning a move. Everyone from beginning to the end of the process were wonderful to work with! Thanks True Friends!

After a very bad experience with our last interstate move, I was hesitant to hire movers again. However, I had a very good conversation with Chris and decided to try True Friends Moving. They were wonderful! They showed up on time, did exactly what they said they were going to do, and the fees were completely transparent. Will definitely use them again!

It was horrible! They were scheduled to come between 9-10am and didn’t show up until 2 pm. It seemed like no one was ever available when I called and I had to leave voicemails. What’s even worse, is that I called the day before to confirm the arrival time. We used them last year to move into a 2 story and they sent 2 workers , 3 hours to move and were great. This time 3 workers showed up, 1 one injured and sat in the truck most of the time. It took almost 7 hours and $2000 later to move less furniture into a ranch style house. This should not have been over 4 hours and not more than $1500.

Terrible. No feedback from the administrators despite many calls and emails. Things that were supposed to be boxed were not. Plugs from the computer and printer are missing. The movers themselves were fine but clearly required more help. I will be happy to supply the names of the administrators who miscommunicated our move to the movers and did not return my queries.

This company was great. Had to move from the 3rd floor apartment to a 2nd floor apartment. Devontay and Odonnie were great; moved everything in no time and were careful not to damage anything.

It went so great! From the initial conversation forward, Chris and the staff were responsive and provided details and service from start to finish. They made the Long Distance Trip right on schedule. The guys were so fast but truly diligent as they so carefully padded and protected quite a few pieces of antique furniture. They were also both professional and nice. I was kept informed as to their timing every step of the way. I was so thankful I chose their moving service and received White Glove Service! The only negative to the whole experience was that they charge 3% to put it on Credit Card. But because they are Excellent with how they handled everything, I will definitely be using them for Moving Services the next time I need it!

This is definetely a moving company that I recommend to family members, friends and co-workers. They are extremely professional on the office and administrative services. Friendly and happy to quote. The workers are very polite, great workers and fast. No time wasted to charge you more. They were right on time. Very attentive and did really know what they were doing. I am super happy with this company, and will use them in the future. The prices are reasonable to market rate and competitive. Further, all signatures and contracts are done eletronically, which was great and a savings of time and paperwork. Two thumbs up!

It did not go well. We had about $5000 worth of damages and this is the worst experience we have ever had with a mover. The house they moved us into had damaged floors, gouged and scratched walls, and some of our furniture was damaged and needed repairs. We contacted them about this and they wanted to send someone out to fix the repairs. We did not trust them to do this so they only offered us $500. We would never hire them again.
