"I am very disappointed with The Foundation Specialist. Their price quote was more than double that of a competitor, which raised concerns from the start. I canceled the contract within the 72-hour period as allowed under the Federal cooling-off rule, yet more than 10 days later they have failed to refund my $5,500 deposit. I have called multiple times and was repeatedly told that the sales manager would contact me, but no one has followed up. This lack of professionalism and failure to honor a lawful cancellation is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone."

Then, all the surface of the entire area was ground with a large commercial unit for adhesion. Then, the was “broomed” for surface traction. I don’t generally write glowing recommendations but I can wholeheartedly endorse Concrete Repair Experts! Theo will be back in the Spring to re-surface the sidewalk in front. I’ve told CRE to use this job near Nashville for others to see if they need this kind of work. Theo has saved us tens of thousands and does much of the work himself. "
