"HORRIBLE!! This guy came in and insisted the main water line and hot water heater needed to be replaced to fix the problem despite my telling him the issue was the faucet last time. He tore up my yard, left garbage and debris and buried the old pipe back in the ground, and the issue still wasn't fixed. His boss told him to clean the aerator in the faucet and that was the fix, the ONLY fix, that needed to be done. On top of this, he STOLE my old hot water heater after I explicitly told him to leave it in the garage - he even made me a list to go to Lowes and get everything myself instead of him doing it!"
