Excellent. They knew exactly what they were doing...real pros! Cordial and caring. I will only use Harvey's for any plumbing needs in the future and recommend them most highly.

On a Saturday morning shortly before 9AM, a neighbor water oozing up out of the ground from near my water meter. After getting "our office is closed, leave a message" from two other plumbers I have used before, I tried Harvey's. They answered immediately, and before noon, Travis had driven here from Harrison, found the leak (which entailed digging into the ground), and fixed it. He was also extremely honest -- a math error had initially calculated my invoice at $100 over what it should have been, but after I had written the check and they were about to leave, they noticed the error, came back and had me write another check for $100 less. Any other plumber might have taken the extra $100 and hoped I did not notice. Refreshing that there are still honest people!

Contact called me back as she said she would to set up and give an estimate. Plumbers were very prompt, professional, and came in under the initial estimate they gave. Cleaned up any mess left and waited to another fix so we wouldn't waste money. Thank you!

We've been using them for 15 years now. We've been satisfied with them. They do what they're supposed to do and they're within reason with their prices.

Price was good. Quality was very good.

I feel the cost is very reasonably. They are very good. He performed the work very well and he didn’t do more than he needed to do. So, he kept the cost reasonable and he did a good job. The workers were very nice, friendly, cordial and very concerning about our home, not to damage it or do anything like that.

Mr. Harvey went the extra mile to oversee all the work to ensure that all went smoothly to fix the underlying problem after we had a major backup from our main sewer line. He also closely supervised the backhoe work to ensure that removal of our scrubs went well and did not damage our electrical wiring. Mrs. Harvey is always very helpful each time we call for assistance. Mr. and Mrs. Harvey are AWESOME!! They helped make an otherwise stressful time much more manageable!

Water leak in our kitchen faucet and water heater. Harvey's plumbing arrived on time an fixed the problem with the leak. The water heater was leaking and we had called our home warranty service to fix the leak. This was prior to Harvey's plumbing coming out. After a few tries to get an appointment with the home warranty service, is when Harvey's plumbing came out for the faucet. We asked them to look at the water heater to see if it was something easy to fix. Harvey's plumbing was able to fix the water heater for $17. Our deductible with our home warranty was $60. Harvey's plumbing saved me $43 on that repair.

Every aspect of working with Harvey's Plumbing went so well. The office staff is not only professional but pleasant. Mr. Harvey, owner, responded to our call. He was here sooner than expected. Had what he needed on the truck and had the job completed in no time! The whole process to ok less than two hours. We were so pleased!

We called Harvey's plumbing on Thursday and set up an appointment.

They arrived as scheduled and were prepared to replace 2 faucets when they saw that it was only loose fittings.

They tightened them and saved me over $500 after I took the new fixtures back.

It was a pleasure to deal with them.

Very well, they were on time in and out the work was done quickly and at a reasonable cost. I have used their services several times over the past 8 to 10 years and always found them highly reliable. These guys come and fix the problem without trying to sell you a bunch of stuff you do not need. I have recommended them to many friends and relatives.

They came, fixed the problem and were gone in 45 minutes and left the bill in the mailbox. Great service.

Company called to see if we could move up the time of our appointment which actually was better for us. Two workers arrived on time and went right to work. Our house is thirty years old and access to our crawl space needed to be enlarged which added about 20 minutes to the time to complete. It was suggested that we purchase the items needed and complete a few of the smaller jobs ourselves. The reason was to save the cost of travel time to go pick up the specialty items and return to complete the repairs. We were able to purchase the items and complete the jobs that night. Estimated savings about $50.00. The opportunity to save was very much appreciated.

I have used Harvey's Plumbing for years and they are an excellent company that I have recommended to many friends.

On a cold Wednesday evening we discovered our utility room was flooded. We found the old water heater was rusted and leaking. We called and left a message and within minutes received a call from their office, advising us of how to turn off the water supply and how to drain the unit. The lady said we would receive a phone call at 8 am the next day, which we did.
Travis and his coworker (sorry I can't remember his name) came out, finished draining the old unit, replaced it with a new vented water heater, and we had hot water by 3pm on Thursday. They cleaned up the mess and were very polite as always. We have used Harvey's for at least 12 years, always A+ service by professional, courteous staff and we are satisfied with their rates.

They called to let us know they were on the way and showed up at the
appointment time. They were informative with what needed to be done and
gave us a quote on the bill that was what the service ended up costing
us. From what we saw we got our moneys worth and it it would
definitely would have become a much bigger problem.

Overall experience was excellence!
