I woke up this morning very concerned because there was clearly a leak from our toilet.  They came out quickly and very effectively stopped the leak and additional concerns that I had.   I'm very pleased with the prompt, courteous service this company provides!

They're just outstanding. Our main plumbers were Martin & Steve.

It went alright, except they didn't tell us that we needed another faucet to hook up. They have to come out and repair that.

Mr. Brandon toured the house in order to determine whether or not he could take on the project. He advised us that in order to guarantee his work, he would have to replace all piping in the house in addition to the new fixtures and fittings that were to be installed in the kitchens and bathrooms. He also said that all the work he did was "custom," and he was familiar with installing high end faucets, shower sprays, etc. When he commenced the work, Mr. Brandon sent a small crew to install the new copper supply lines, new drain lines, etc. After they completed their work, Mr. Brandon inspected it, became upset, and fired the crew. We later learned he hired these men just to work on our project, and he had no prior knowledge of their skills. Mr. Brandon then sent one of his master plumbers to correct the work the first crew had not done to his satisfaction. After the bathtubs, shower stalls, toilets, etc. were installed, we encountered serious problems. Nothing had been installed plumb, and the glass shower surrounds and doors would not fit. Mr. Brandon told us he would get everything fixed, and that he had insurance to cover such problems. He even stated that he had "bought every kind of level there is, and all they have to do is use them" to avoid these kinds of problems. A week or so later, Mr. Brandon's attitude changed. He had been informed that his insurance wouldn't cover sloppy workmanship. Suddenly, Mr. Brandon began to fault the project and not his crew's work for the problems we were facing. In the end, we had to involve an attorney and wait for over a year to get Mr. Brandon to assume responsibility for the work his company had performed. When he finally had to pay to have the work redone, Mr. Brandon stated that the work he had performed would no longer carry any guarantee.
