"When the technician came out I was advised there would be an additional charge for stripping the floor. I have a polished wood floor. I decided not to use the deal because of the additional charges."

"The team was very professionally although it was a little difficult communicating with them due to a language barrier.  They performed the required task proficiently.  My bathrooms and kitchen cabinets were spotless.  Pertaining to my hardwood floors, the providers vacuumed prior to damp mopping which was the normal way I cleaned them.

"I've been using Rosi's cleaning for almost 4 yrs and I'm hooked! I have a 4000sf house which gets cleaned every other week. They've never missed a cleaning date and are consistent with their excellent work. I totally trust them and I love coming home to a clean house with a just cleaned fragrance and climb into the bed that night with clean and crisp sheets.  The carpets have the professionally vacuumed fluffy pattern and the bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen are spotless. They make our wood floors glow with their Brazillian mop. It's as good as cleaning the floors by hand! I luv it!
If I ever need to rearrange the schedule, Rosi is very responsive, even on short notice. She's very accommodating. It's true, communicating is a little difficult with the language, but, there's usually one person on the cleaning crew that can understand if I have a special request or question. If not, it helps to be able to text Rosi, who usually texts back right away. In fact, texting is how I almost always communicate with Rosi to help with the language and understanding.
Some people may say that her pricing is high, but, compared to others I've tried, you can always count on Rosi's cleaning to be excellent and professional every time.

"Fabulous! 2 workers were very efficient and friendly. They made sure they had a clear understanding of exactly what I wanted before beginning work. Kitchen was in bad condition and now it sparkles and is very neat!! Hardwood floors are super clean and beautifully polished. Bath is also super nice. I'm setting up regular service and telling all my friends!"

"Darren was extremely responsive to our request for carpet cleaning on a Saturday. He even came earlier when we requested a time change. He was professional and quick and gave us a great price. Carpets looked great and we were very pleased...would certainly recommend his work!"

"I couldn't be happier with how the floors turned out. A large section of floor in the middle of our great room had to be repaired due to replacing a large fireplace with a much smaller double sided one. Chris suggested doing inlays on each side of the fireplace that are just beautiful and add so much to the room. The floors turned out absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend Gibson Flooring and wouldn’t have to think twice about using them again in the future."
