We have been using Rosy's cleaning service for several months now. She has done an amazing job. Her attention to detail has been extremely helpful and is always punctual to be on time. We hired her originally for a thorough deep cleaning to now where we've started to use her services on a regular basis. She understands what I'm needing completed without any instruction and makes my life easier.

It's difficult to find house cleaning services in Middle TN that consistently generate a sparkling clean house, is punctual, responds to texts and special requests and can accommodate last minute cleaning scheduling changes like Rosy's Brazilian Mop Cleaning and Housekeeping. I've used Rosi for 8 years straight and her company are true professionals. Most of all, her Brazillian mop has cleaned our hickory floors like magic! I love walking into my home after work to see and smell a freshly cleaned home every time. Rosi does require an initial deep cleaning, but, is totally worth it. If you can, save up for it or get your mom or kids to buy a gift certificate for your Bday! You'll be hooked! She's also a little bit more pricey than most, but, she has saved me years of disappointment and aggravation. If you're looking to simplify your life, you can count on Rosi!

I have used Rosie twice for Move-Out Cleanings. In both instances her staff did a really thorough and top quality job. Something to point out: The 1st time I used her, the appointment was missed. Normally, this would sound like a bad thing, BUT the reason for the missed appointment was an extreme situation. The cleaner assigned to my appointment, became very ill and Rosy took her employee to get critical treatment. In this instance, I was the tenant and the move-out inspection was due the next morning. Rosy apologized profusely for missing the original appointment time. When I explained my situation to Rosy, she pulled together a team of 6-8 people who showed up that same day-early evening. They came ready to work with all the supplies and had the house spotless in 2-3 hours. The house was cleaner than it had probably ever been and certainly cleaner than when I had moved in. The 2nd time I used her, her staff was on -time and did a fantastic job. I used her in 2016 and 2017 for these cleanings

Fantastic service! Rosy’s crew did a wonderful job. Very courteous and respectful. After the initial full cleaning, they now clean my house bi-weekly. The house is so clean when they finish we don’t want to do anything to mess it up! Try them, I promise you won’t regret it.

Very pleased with this company and quality of work

Rosy and her crew have been cleaning an air b and b I own and also my personal home for 18 months. She is always punctual, and she and her crew are very creative. I run out of time at my house, leaving piles of clutter, and she and her crew make my house look organized! The kids stuffed animals are in a cute array and their blankets are folded (they have a lot of clutter!) Also I always have 5 star reviews on cleanliness of the air b and b. Today she saved me in a jam and appeared an hour and a half before guests were due (I mixed up my days!) She is a life saver. She has a great heart and a kind smile.

We have used Rosy’s crew for about 2 years now. They arrive promptly every two week and go straight to work. We have hardwood flooring throughout and they clean all the floors, dust all the artwork, change the beds, clean the range top, sinks, countertops, cabinet doors, light fixtures - everything. I thought my husband would object but he loves them too. I haven’t found the language to be a barrier. They are so willing to please that I just show them and they get it done quickly. I have never asked them to clean cupboards. They don’t meddle in things. They are too busy working, They are honest too. We highly recommend them. We have used several individuals and services over the years but Rosy’s crew is the best yet!

Rosy's ladies come every other week. They leave the house dust and dirt free, and smelling great! I couldn't be happier with their work!

Great we could not be more pleased we have been using them since Feb 2017 and continue to use them today.

Wow! Between four and six workers were here for several hours and our house (2000 sq. ft; multiple pets) has never been cleaner. The workers spoke no English, but that was less of a problem that I anticipated. The only very minor issue is that, as others commented, they empty trash but don't replace the bags/liners. That is almost too minor to mention, though. The cleaning was intense and thorough. I would love to have them come more frequently, but because of the cost I probably will only use them for occasional deep cleaning a couple of times a year.

We hired Rosy and her cleaning crew and they did an EXCEPTIONAL job! Both my husband and I were very impressed with their attention to detail! We have decided to hire them on a bi-weekly cleaning service! Well worth the reasonable pricing! Will definitely recommend her to friends and family! Thank you ladies!

I have been using Rosy's Cleaning Service for a couple of months now and they have always been on time and have done a FANTASTIC job cleaning my home. Rosy's crew work very hard and have been the BEST cleaning service that I have ever used. My only negative comment would be that the cleaning crew speak very little English so it makes it difficult to communicate with them. I would HIGHLY recommend Rosy's cleaning service to anyone, you won't be disappointed.

Rosy's Housecleaning is fabulous. I finished an extensive remodel last November and could never seem to get everything cleaned. I hired her services for the initial deep cleaning. Five - six ladies worked about 4 hours cleaning my house. No area was left untouched. I was so impressed that I hired them for biweekly cleanings...and haven't been disappointed.

Rosie's team came in and almost took over the house on sight. They did an amazing job of cleaning the house...from every little bathroom detail, to full drapes being dusted, to places we can't get to. They did the job, and they did it very well. Would highly recommend!!
