We are a medical office that discovered a broken pipe in our storage area. Water covered the entire floor and into the adjoining hall and exam rooms. Burgess was here immediately and by lunch he had the water up and the drying vents in place. He came each day to check on the progress. When everything was completely dry, he put everything back in place. We were able to proceed with business as if nothing had happened.

Blaine worked out a time with me to clean my carpets, since I'm pretty busy. Showed up on time and was very informative. Did a great job!!.. Have one spot that returned, however, Blaine told me to call him and he'd take care of that.

Blaine was wonderful!! He quoted me a price over the phone based on the square footage I provided and he was right on target...actually five dollars under! He was very professional and did a WONDERFUL job. Our carpets look brand new again. Will definitely use him again. :)

Blaine was very efficient and professional. The carpet I had cleaned was a very light color and it had very noticeable traffic patterns. Blaine said he could improve these areas, but they would still look worn. In fact, the outcome was much better than I expected. I was very pleased.

He did an excellent job on my carpets. They look like new. You can tell that it is important to him that the job be done right and that the customer be satisfied. Over the phone he quoted between $125 and $145 and I paid $155, but other than that I could not be happier.

I had Burgess Indoor air Quality Services come clean my airducts. I was Quit concerned when he said he found mold and I should have te whole duct system replaced. He seemed to be more interrested in talking to me and my friend, instead of his job he was here for4 to 5 hours, once he got to work it really only took him about 2 hours to do the cleaning the rest of the time he was talking. I was also told by him that he cleaned my coils and was charged for it, but when I had my regular winter check up on the system, I was told the coils were not cleaned and the duckts did not need replaced.So now im out more money for the real coil cleaning.

Mr. Burgess came within a day to look over my home. He offered a very nice price for the service. We set a date, he came, and all was completed to my total satisfaction. He was very careful as he work around my furniture and my floors. I am super pleased. He was nice and coureous, too. I even asked him to give me his business cards, because I know my friends will want to use him, too.

Blaine came and cleaned my carpets and they looked GREAT!!!!! I have 3 dogs and had some pets stains, they are all gone and the smell is completly GONE, I also had candle wax in my carpet that he got out. I would recomend him to anyone who needed carpets cleaned. He is a very nice man and the price was great! Thanks Blaine for everything you have done to my carpets. He also cleaned some area rugs for me and they looked brand new!
