"We had them do 3 bathrooms. This was no small task as we removed part of one wall and removed a pass-through closet; however, in one week they were able to install 2 bathtubs and tub to ceiling wall system, a shower and floor to ceiling wall system, plus all the ceiling and wall drywall fixes necessary. The materials come from the great state of Texas and feel solid. There is a franchise in South Dakota now, which made the process so easy. The sub-contractor was very detailed oriented and a perfectionist, what every homeowner needs for a bathroom area, where water can cause some expensive issues. The local salesperson/co-owner is intimately involved in the whole process. At this point the project has been done for 2 days and we are very happy. Additional updates may be made as time goes."

SD lining solutions was able to work with me to tell me what I would need done to restore plumbing function to my home. Most honest hard working guy I have ever met! I even decided to add an additional job for him that he could do for me since he does more than just scoping and locating lines and I found it is a very versatile business he owns after speaking to him and since he would be digging on my property already to fix my problem, I figured I would get this done now too as an after thought with what I had to deal with and only have to have my yard dug up once that way. He worked it out in a way that would allow him to fit part of the job in now that involved the digging and finish it in a couple of weeks because it wasn t an urgent one that I decided to add on."

"They couldn't deliver, they specified items that after months of waiting, they could never deliver. In the mean time, they directed me to have plumbing rough and done, and then when they couldn't deliver the system for which the plumbing was done, I now have to spend several thousand dollars having the plumbing redone for another system that I found out on my own. The design was okay, some of their ideas were spot on, some of them were way off but ultimately they just couldn't deliver after holding $10,000 of my money for over 2 months. I am currently in a dispute with them with American Express because they still haven't credited me back the money I paid them to purchase things that they never delivered."
