Winterized our house which would be vacant for the winter. Water shutoff, drain water heater, drain lines and install anti-freeze in all traps etc.
He was polite, punctual, and went out of his way to drain and disconnect water line from swamp cooler and covered it for me. Very much appreciated since I cannot get on roof and definitely do not do ladders!
