"They were prompt getting us the estimate. He was here personally supervising all work and gave us wise advice. Dealt professionally with us and our insurance company. They replaced our home roof including the skylight, and our two sheds.Then they also redid our metal carport after it was damaged with hail from the same storm. We have had no issues with any of the work performed and will hire this company if/when we need any more construction done on our home. This is a company that values honesty and integrity and we canâ t emphasize how much we appreciate that."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

He even found rusty nails the previous roofing company left and brought a hand full down from my roof. I was super impressed with the customer service I received and I was scheduled within 2 weeks. Today the area on my roof, including some areas that needed to be fixed to the roof better was completed and it looks amazing!! "They replaced the garage roof at my home.  It took forever to hear from them once we signed the contract.  The Roof itself looks great.  They kind of just showed up whenever the mood struck.  No specific times were ever given, even after they told us they were coming to do the roof.  The price was not what was agreed upon in the contract.  I called & asked if it was possible to have an approximate date (even within a week) when they were coming & they flat out said "No".  Most of the roofers did not speak English, so that was a problem.  They did not do a good job of cleaning up after themselves.  If I had not looked in the driveway after they left, I would have run over a nail!!  There were also other stray nails on the sidewalk & in the grass.  They did not do a very good job of cleaning up the whole area.  They were great until they got the contract signed... then not so great."

"Midas sent someone out to look at the job within a day or two of my contacting them; and then fixed the deck about a week later. The deck looks much better and feels solid now. I would definitely contact them again if I need further work."
