ProCraft Construction

I have outlined the job that ProCraft Construction was engaged to complete at our home. I received a letter from you outlining the job and the results of that job. I originally emailed you prior to June 17, 2025 and sadly my computer needed to go in for some repair and it was a week or so before I could reply with the information that you requested. I have since provided the information and have not received a reply. A bid from ProCraft Construction on October 21, 2024. The project was to begin as soon as they fit us into their schedule. Since the fall weather was so mild, we thought they would start our project in a timely manner. Since we had already accepted their bid, my husband and I did not insist on their immediate attention. We did state that we wanted it done before the "winter" set in. I had already provided them a check for $1000.00 which was the amount that they requested to get started. That left a remaining balance on $1804.20 balance due at the completion. I paid them the $1804.20 on December 13, 2024. From that point onward you have the description and results that I forwarded to you on June 17, 2025. I have tried to trace this company through Better Business Bureau and they have no record of the company. We have had contact with them to come out and correct the mistakes and errors, and so far they have responded with "we will be out next week." Which means never!! Now that so much time has passed it seems that no one wants to assist us in following up. Prior to getting someone else to finish this job I am trying to tie up the loose ends that should be addressed before I contact our attorney. I will also address this issue with the Attorney General of the state of South Dakota. I do not know the rules of Angi's list, but I do know I must do something before it is too late. Please provide me with the next steps that Angi's List require so that I have exhausted all avenues before engaging the help of an attorney.

Excellent communication. Made sure job was done right and to my liking. Said if any issues call and will come back and take care of it. I will not hesitate to call them for future projects. Thank you Jeremy and Shane for a job well done.
