"We had an issue with the AC unit in our crawl which caused a mold condition. Mold spores were circulating throughout or home unbeknownst to us at the time. The condition was found after an extensive search given that our daughter experienced sever symptoms that no other family member experienced. We had 2 contractors replace our AC unit and crawl ducts followed by a full encapsulation. We then requested 4 quotes to remediate the dead spores from our 2 level home.
