They did excellent work! The two men showed up on time and got right to work. They were able to stretch the existing carpet and then reattach it to the original transition strips. "I was not offered any of the advertised discounts. Shortly after the install was done Empire advertised a large discount. Since my installation was complete I was not able to take advantage of it. The cost of doing 4 steps was prohibitive. I am installing another product on the steps since Empire does not do stairs except for carpeting. There was confusion on the install date. The installers didn't have enough to finish the job and had to return the next week ti finish. The installers did a great job. The cost was over $7 a square foot."
