"LVP looks great and tile in the kitchen look great but the trim and baseboards were not finished and I had to have another contractor come in and install them. The stairwell was sanded and stained and I was told they could match the stain for the stairs to the LVP and that wasn’t true either. The stairs came out pink. Now I’m having another contractor come in and fix. I would not recommend to a friend."

"I can’t even begin to describe how fast to run from this company. Some of the reviews on Google are from current employees. We hired All About Tile based off of Angi’s list reviews. Antonio came promptly and gave us a very detailed quote for our scope of work on a kitchen renovation. I will start by saying that we hit red flags starting a month into the job. Antonio kept adding more and more things into the job that he didn’t account for. Some things that were visible while he was doing his initial estimate. On multiple occasions, vendors that we had hired told us they didn’t feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing or that he had sub contractors that knew what they were doing. We had multiple conversations with him where we did a temperature gauge and set expectations. 3 months into the job he quit mid job when frustrated. Then called us after and asked to finish the job. He didn’t pull proper permits. Our electric wasn’t remotely up to code and he tried to tell us we owed him an additional $15,000. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!"

"I have an older home with a small bathroom that needs some updating. The tub was dirty and others prior to me tried painting it. Instead of replacing the bathtub as many contractors suggest, Kyle came out and refinished it for me. The whole experience with Kyle was amazing. He answered my request for an estimate the day I sent it. I sent him some pictures of the tub, he sent back a quote and the job was scheduled within the week. He kept me updated on his arrival time and once he started he was finished within the time frame he estimated. Very professional and courteous to me and my home. "I have called Absolute Resurface (Erick) to clean our carpets twice. For the first time, it was when we moved into our house and the previous owner had a dog which he let urinate all over the place. Finally after a good thorough clean, I felt comfortable walking around in bare feet! Fast-forward 3.5 years later, and we are now getting ready to sell. We still had Erick's magnet on our fridge and we called him up. He was able to come within a few days and clean our bedroom carpets. This included getting out several stains, including marker (Sharpie) and paint! Absolute Resurface does amazing work for amazing value."

"They replaced all of my windows in 2008 but had to call them back out. they didn't include any drip cap or caulking over the windows. That allows rain to get inside and then wood rots. What kind of window company doesn't know this? Fast forward 11 years later when I'm preparing to sell my house. I request replacement parts for windows that aren't working properly. This should have all been included under warranty but all I hear is complaining about they shouldn't have to deal with it. I call the production manager monthly, for a year, to find out the status of my parts. He always promises to call me back but never does. Every time I ask him about the status, he tries to blame me saying I didn't do my part. I finally sell my house for less money because we didn't fix the window issues. Do not trust this company to install the windows correctly or honor the warranty!"

"My system went out on my AC and Jim Dickerson was called out to repair it from my warranty company. After the Dickerson company left, I was told I need a new system. The Dickerson Company left and advised that they were call me with the pricing for a new system. I called and got a new quote from another AC company that’s reputable in this area. After the new company came, it was brought to my attention that my AC system was trashed. I called Jim Dickerson and was told that it wasn’t them I received another opinion and this from another reputable company, and this time they took pictures and videos. After looking at the pictures and videos I called Jim Dickerson back and was told again that they didn’t do it. I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of because I’m a single black female living alone! I need a lawyer ASAP."
