ALL GRANITE INC

Our cabinet maker (Walker Woodworking in Shelby) recommended All Granite. We drove up to the location and picked out our granite. They had a great selection and their prices were great. They were very helpful on showing us our options based on the look we wanted. They walked us through all the different profiles...we ended up choosing one profile for the island and another for the rest of the counter as we saw it together in the showroom and loved the look. We also got our sink from them and the quality is great. As we got closer to the install date they came out and made a template. They gave us the option of going to the shop to see the layout on the slabs which we did. They installed the granite and it looks amazing. 
All Granite was helpful, professional and always punctual.

We are very pleased with the service provided. John was very responsive by phone and email.  We didn't see a slab we liked at their location, so John referred us to the warehouses.  Upon picking out a few we liked, John got the pricing for us and we made our choice.  From that point on, the process went quickly.  He scheduled the templates to be made, got the slab and was installing within a week.    A piece near our stove was not to our liking due to some dark splotches (part of the granite).   Since they had leftover on the original slab, John invited my husband down to pick out a better piece.  He did, and 2 days later, we had a nicer piece installed. It was handled very professionally, and we are now enjoying our beautiful countertops.

Stopped by one afternoon to inquire about having granite counter tops installed in my Kitchen.   There was a lady working at a desk..........she barely looked up and said, "Can I help you" as she continued to work.  I told her I was interested in looking at some granite for my kitchen and mentioned I had seen the sign out from for Granite @ 35.00 a sq ft.   She said what they ad was outside.         OK........     I said I would go look and asked if the 35.00 granite was "marked" as such.     She seemed annoyed, and FINALLY got up from her desk and VERY fast.walked to the door to go outside......I was practically running to catch up to her.   (I'm short)     When I caught up to her, she  was pointing at different "slabs" and said "this, this, this,", and on the other side is "Exotics" which is more.     I said, thank you.    She went back into the building.    I decided I was a "bother" to her and she certainly didn't need my business, so I left.    Since then, a couple of new granite showrooms are opening in the area ( West Lake Norman) so some  competition may want her to "want some business"..........Who knows ????
I have since found a great company that my cabinet man referred me to and am looking forward to my new cabinets and granite being installed !

Superb. The customer service we worked with was great. She was helpful, attentive and really knew her granite. They did a great job of scheduling and really worked with us. We had a huge island and they went out of their way to make a second trip to determine how to install that large piece. They also worked with our muddy yard conditions to get it in through the garage and installed. Everyone who comes into our house comments on how beautiful our granite countertops are. I'd go back to them in an instant.

Overall All Granite be a tremendous job. I would use them again!!! Every aspect of the job went smooth and as planned.

I did not use this company. I was put-off from the beginning by the lack of professionalism of the sales staff. I went to the store looking for granite for a bathroom. The woman gave me a quote. The quote was a good price, but that's as far as she went. She just sent me outside to look at the granite and that was it. No further follow up. I had no knowledge of the size slab I needed. I roamed the field (they did have a good amount of granite), but decided that I liked a bit of customer service and without that, I left.

I did eventually purchase granite from another company.

I was looking for granite countertops for my kitchen and master bathroom. I looked around and found a company that gave a fairly cheap price but after researching I found that others complained about the quality of work and the length of time they took to complete the job. A neighbor mentioned All Granite. I looked them up here and found they were rated well, contacted them and discussed the job. They measured the job that day and gave me estimates for the granite I chose. One week later they installed. Everything looks perfect. They use a computer to cut the slabs. I had to really look for the seam between two pieces. I paid more than the discount company but it would have killed me to spend all the money for granite and be unhappy every day when I looked at it. I could not be happier with the decission to use All Granite.

We were very pleased. They are particularly careful to communicate exactly what to expect at each step of the process. For example, we have an island with cooktop, and they cut the hole for that on site at the time of installation. They let us know that although they would do their best to minimize the dust, we could expect some, and might want to cover the openings to other parts of the house. We had absolutely no surprises and everything went as expected. We are delighted with the result, a very professionally done job that looks great.

Missy was fantastic on our initial meeting of selecting the granite and discussing all the particulars of color, edge style, care and sink mounting options. She was thorough in explaining the importance of good seams when installing granite and indicated they take pride in their installation quality. The team did a GREAT job. It looks fantastic. We are very pleased. We shopped around quite a bit before we decided on All Granite, they are definitely a great bang for your buck.
