"First, I'd like to say this was an absolutely perfect transaction. I called the store and was transferred to the appliance department where my call was answered instantly by Joe Jordan. I was in desperate need of a Double Wall Oven which needed to fit in an existing cabinet, that was an odd size. Joe was informative and knowledgable, giving me options based on availability and the features I wanted. He found my first choice, well within my budget, and in stock. We set up the installation for 2 days later. The installer, Mike Linsky, called to give me an estimated arrive time and was spot on! He was here on time and assessed the necessary cabinet alterations. They were very mindful of dust and debris, making sure nothing was left. He also tackled other issues we had in our home and needed attention. I was so impressed, I asked him for his business cards to distribute to my friends. "We contacted these people to give us a quote on a job, and they started the job without our permission, consent, or signature. Their doing this has cost our job and our company a lot of money, and now these people are demanding payment for a job that we did not permit them to do. I spoke with the owner, Daniel, over the phone, and he was very aggressive and rude and even made me feel like he was intimidating me by some of the things he was saying on a recorded line. They have made numerous threats to contact our customer and submit an invoice to them. I would like to stress again that we did not give these people any kind of permission to do this job. The man even admitted on a recorded line that he got me confused with someone else who gave him authorization to start a job, but now these people are submitting invoices to us and demanding money from us."
