"During the virus crises my son and his family were in dire need of a plumber, one is disabled and they were suffering other virus related setbacks; I am stuck away in another state and can't get home to help out; Roto-Rooter was beyond helpful, sent someone out immediately, then called to advise me progress and details; and best of all, they allowed me to take care of the bill by phone to help out the family.
