Called Roto-Rooter on Tuesday morning and because of the severity, they came out the same day, within an hour. Russ and Josh fixed our problem quickly!! They were professional and courteous! They came on a Sunday, was very efficient

During the virus crises my son and his family were in dire need of a plumber, one is disabled and they were suffering other virus related setbacks; I am stuck away in another state and can't get home to help out; Roto-Rooter was beyond helpful, sent someone out immediately, then called to advise me progress and details; and best of all, they allowed me to take care of the bill by phone to help out the family. Couldn't have been a more pleasant, professional experience.

Brian is a fantastic plumber! He discovered the problem with both leaky sinks and fixed them perfectly! We thought the water was dripping from one area and he discovered it was leaking in 2 places. He showed up on time, was super friendly and cleaned up after he was finished. I highly recommend Brian at Wilmington Roto Rooter!

Colby explained the problems and solutions simply and honestly. He offered me a plumbing suggestion for my clogged drains that didnâ t involve having to get another pipe system. My house still uses its 1933 original plumbing system. I am adding them to my business call list.

Had a pipe leak under the concrete slab. They protected the area with plastic and cleaned up afterwards. The plumbers were very knowledgeable, friendly, considerate and kept me informed of the progress. Good company, good people and very reasonable pricing.

They fixed both problems within 2 hours. Cost over $700 and I supplied most of the materials. Work was great but the cost was excessive.

Project consisted of replacing a toilet valve and repairing a shower leak. They did both in an efficient professional manner. Excellent same day service.

Invoice is almost worthless for describing what materials costs were, what labor costs were and what discounts were applied. As work was in crawl space, have no way to check. < $700 for fixing one big leak and about 5 more pinholes using new PEX piping. Took 4 days from call to come and complete all work.

I think a little over priced for work done

I received a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Cole did an excellent repair job and cleaned up the mess afterwards. He was professional and quick in his work. Happy with the work and would hire Roto-Rooter again without hesitation.

Cole ran into a slight glitch with the old water service but quickly solved the problem.
